And if someone has body wide demodecosis they need to change sleeping clothes daily as well. Because I found out that they can live in dry items longer than we think. But if you have a dryer you can just pop them in the dryer on Hot for at least 25 minutes. You can also do this with the pillow case!

      @@sabb352 In the beginning I left it on almost all the time. Once you wipe off the borax crystals it's not even noticeable. I reapplied it several times a day especially to problem areas. And I slept with a fresh coat. Did it for at least 2 months. I was doing maintenance and slipped up for a week and had a very small breakout on my forehead. I immediately treated it and also a small cluster near the side of my mouth. So I'm treating that too. Maintenance is key once you get it under control. I believe once you start reacting to demodex you react for life. So this is my new normal. My head itched off and in for 7 years. Really bad crawly feeling for a month before I started this. At least my head rarely ever itches now too. I did not use this in my head. But between wiping thier numbers down off my face and eyes, the salt water baths including brushing my roots under the water killed them there too. Good luck!

    • @bornwithbsguards

      @@tambor76 yes they feed off of sebum. They cause the scalp and skin to produce a lot more of it. It's a vicious cycle. Since I wiped them out my sebum levels are normal again. They now think that most acne is caused by the mites as well. The face can become a feeding festival for the mites. They were mostly in my eyes on my face. But I got them 99.9 % dead. I've dealt with this 14 years, and my family thought I was crazy! And no doctors EVER mentioned demodex to me, EVER. I guess they just like to treat the stuff the demodex causes, because I had to mention it to my dermatologist before she'd EVER diagnose me with them. I had NEVER HEARD OF THEM! I spent so much time and money! I threw away all of my clothes, make-up, brushes, towels, sheets, bedding, and furniture. I had my poor pets at the groomer all the time. I MOVED several times. I missed so many family occasions. And my poor husband, oh! He's been through so much with all the cleaning and replacing stuff... I cannot believe all the doctors that act like it doesn't matter or even exist. Wow.

    • @wendyhoag9637
      @wendyhoag9637 2 месяца назад

      Wow! Can I relate to this!! I originally had mold poisoning that destroyed my immune system. After moving, throwing away everything spending thousands of dollars on natural health remedies (IV therapy/ozone, glutathione, supplements, etc.) and hotels, I finally got well. I moved into a new rental home and everything was good until it wasn't. My face rash came back and my brain didn't work properly. I had mold again because the house was infected and this was during covid, so I had constant exposure. Stress was also a big factor. I spend another fortune in hotels, new clothes, medical bills, and I lost income because I couldn't work. Finally got better, moved into a furnished rental and all was good, but I couldn't get cell service or consistent internet connection, so I had to find a new place (I have my own business and work out of the house). No rentals were available ANYWHERE so I decided to buy a home. It included 2 cats. Everything was good for a couple of months...until it wasn't. LONG story short - mold again, an old carpet and an inherited mattress. Windows were leaking, so I had 4 windows replaced, new siding, new HVAC system installed, new attic insulation and repair, crawl space remediated and sealed. After hotels for 2 months and $70,000 in construction costs, I returned. After a few days, my face exploded again. Got penicillin and had a massive allergic reaction - went to ER. No remedy except prednisone. I said NO. Went to my sister's house and decided to see a dermatologist. She recommended prednisone too because this was an emergency. I agreed. Face was AWESOME for a few days, then another allergic reaction. I reached out to Nutritional Healing Center of Ann Arbor and am now being treated. Great results until I went to Hawaii and I introduced alcohol, lack of sleep and some food I shouldn't have eaten, along with the stress of traveling. Face reacted after about 4 days. I have had new hardwood floors installed in my home while I'm living in my daughter's apartment in LA (she moved to NY but I kept this apartment so I could live comfortably until the floors are done). I am paying over $6,000 a month just for the 2 residences and the stress is killing me. I have a doctor appointment today and I will ask her about this Borax treatment. I've been taking Cellcore Carboxy and Cellcore Drainage activator, along with other supplements, but my suspicion is that STRESS is the culprit (and maybe sugar and bread) that keeps this nightmare going. I am seeking PTSD therapy, too, because we definitely have it!! I wish you all the best in your quest for sanity and healing.

      Soak at least 20 minutes.
      If you put everything in before you get in the bora× disspells the chlorine. Otherwise your body absorbs it.

      The borax solution works better than tea tree oil. I don't like the smell of tea tree oil. If you can't get borax in Australia, cleaning with diluted acv several times daily (I mean as many times as you can), and then applying a silver cream made with coconut oil.

      I don't think you can "catch' them. Which is why Drs are so nonchalant about them. Ive had even eye specialists tell me they are commensal. Everyone has them. Especially after a certain age. Once I got them out my eyes under control this worked wonders. The eye Drs told me the eyes are usually the source of infestation. I used Cliradex wipes for my eyes along with this and serious dead sea salt soaks in the bath daily for 2 months. I even opened my eyes under the heavily salted water and my eyes cleared up. Then my skin and my scalp. I had lost well over half my hair 3 years ago from infestation on my scalp as well. It's growing back and my face and eyes are clear. It's truly a God Send after 7 years of hell. You have to stay with it dedicated. After 7 years I was willing to try something that made sense. And I'm so glad I did. It's not the Bear Skin, or everyone would be affected by a mite from that. And truthfully a mite can't live on a dead object! 🙏

Many plant oils are very toxic to them including coconut and castor oil. Lavender essential oil can generally be used neat unless the individual is allergic. You can use lavender eo for spot treatment and cover your whole face with a good silver/coconut oil cream. The silver helps kill any bacteria and fungi just like borax and peroxide.

      @@suffertheyshall same, it didn’t make them go away, but definitely my skin looked better and it lowered the inflammation. I took it 3 times 1-3 weeks apart. But the borax solution is magic! Just don’t over do it with the hydrogen peroxide or it will really burn your Skin. The instructions in my video are the perfect recipe, I saw a difference fast and definitely check your gut. Hope this helps!

      That’s what demodex is, it’s in eyelashes, but I would not put borax anywhere near your eyes. Use blefarogel 2 for the eyes

      Organic, cold-pressed, hexane free castor oil. One drop in each eye, morning and night. Might as well make it part of hygiene routine for life. Can use on eyebrows too. Boric acid eye drops will work for demodex in eyes too.

      So isn't it harmful to the eye?

      boric acid eye drops not used for animals?

      @@fatihe.1338 One drop into each eye and on each eyebrow. Move your eyes around to distribute the oil across them. It will come out of your eyes and you can massage it into the lashes and eyelids. I'm assuming it will heal meibomian gland dysfunction. It healed a chalazion I had years ago and it never came back. Castor oil is very good for the eyes. I have not tried the boric acid eye drops, I only use castor oil, but I have read it will kill demodex in the eyes. There are a variety of eye drops with boric acid in them on Amazon for humans.

    Hey I'm from India and we don't have this borax here . So can we use any other borax brand ?

    • @liliyak2686
      @liliyak2686  3 года назад

      I’ve never tried any other borax, but I think it should be fine. In India you have metronidazole gel 2% which should also be helpful for Demodex (thin layer morning and nigh) I tried to get it from India and paid someone but they nevertheless shipped it to me. Let me know how the other borax works out!

    • @liliyak2686
      @liliyak2686  3 года назад +1

      The first time I had Demodex I used metronidazole 1% in Russia, but in America they only gave me .75% which wasn’t enough. I read studies on 2% that it works well. It will make your skin uncomfortable, but worth trying... or of course you can do the borax solution!
