Mine doesn’t go up or down I can hear the motor running abounds like the glass is shattering inside but I can move the window up and down with my hand any idea what’s going on?
Maybe the mirror slipped out of alignment I have no clue please help

Take it apart and have a look.. Should be the mechanism problem
