I don’t understand why for Shibai to be resurrected Kawaki should implant karma in another vessel. If Amado gave him a karma with Shibai’s DNA, Couldn’t Shibai already ressurrect? As Kawaki is already an Otsutsuki this should be possible.
A good question and the way i see it, i think it's the lack of his genes that Kawaki carries. Basically Otsutsuki resurrect when their genes are extracted over their vessels. For Kawkai, even if he holds some Shibai DNA in his karma, thats still close to 0, and 80+% Isshiki. While if he, as a complete Otsutsuki, now implants a new karma that has Shibai DNA, into a vessel that is still 0% Otsutsuki, the Karma would be a functioning one and the DNA of Shibai might be extracted over. The question is how Kawaki and Shiba dna will intertwine and which willl be the one extracted in a new vessel, but it's also important to note Amado is the one that will be preparing the new body/vessel, so that could be the key to give priority to Shibais DNA. But i also have an alternative theory, which would still follow the same logic, about the DNA in his karma actually being Akebis, and she's the Otsutsuki

As far as I understand, just having Otsutsuki DNA or abilities is not enough, you actually need to be considered an Otsutsuki, so be a significant % of Otsutsuki, like Boruto and Kawaki, where Code hasn't undergone any Otsutsukification process.
He might be a vessel but he's not an Otsutsuki. As speculated in the video, he for whatever reason didn't undergo Otsutsukification (either because Shibai doesn't need a vessel, or it would be detrimental for him or ve.). Eida's ability doesn't work on Otsutsukis. For a vessel to become an Otsutsuki, they need to undergo Otsutsukification and that takes a significant amount of time. Boruto and Kawaki aren't just vessels, they're full Otsutsukis. Code is just a quasi vessel and not an Otsutsuki
- Amado states all kara members were made from shibai so claw marks are shibais shinjutsu - Codes karma didnt dissappear cos there was no otsusuki file inside. It was a dud. Its not a contradiction. You just didn't read properly - if white represents purity or any of that then full Otsusukis who wear white wouldnt be alien parasites who drain and kill of planets and also villains. - Code doesnt draw on Otsusukis combat experience cos his karma is empty. He doesnt possess any of Isshikis abilities and he didnt have a karma previously cos Jigen wouldve known. He just had his powers limited so that he wouldnt surpass Jigen. SImilar to how Daemon was locked away cos he surpassed Jigen. None of these point to anything to do with shibai. I'll come back if this theory happens

For this exact example, you say it didn't disappear because there was no "Otsutsuki file" (presumably you meant Otsutsuki soul), which would then make it hard to explain how can he draw on Otsutsuki combat experience, or how Isshiki soul seemingly appeared from his Karma at his time of dying. 3) That's a very bad point, as Otsutsukis have been referred to gods on multiple occasions, and among them Shibai especially. 4) Completely wrong. Ofc he gains ishiki's experience you think just the karma boost plus claw mark hacks puts him above naruto and sasuke? Hell no its also the taijutsu experience and battle IQ he gains from ishiki. I think people forget that Jigen didn't train kawaki and code he just beat them up and taught them how to use karma. Without the karma those two are not even shinobi they are fodder without it.

The Karma gives him a AMP as well as the combat experience of ishiki thru the PITH of the karma, he shows boruto how to Use it in if you remember that in their fight. His DNA simply didnt get rewritten to Otsusuki DNA so no boost from that. Daemon on the other hand has a crazy hacks ability from the shibai cells that alone scales him above naruto and sasuke.
