Apparently in LB6 notes, it was said that Castoria was supposed to be the Grand Saber, which was also done in LB7 when Olga had a simulation of fighting the Grands where Castoria was Grand Saber with everyone else, bar Grand Rider, was there.
@thebakalord iirc that concept was scrapped even before the post-Oberon rewrites due to a lack of Counter Force, making summoning a Grand impossible. For the U-Olga flashback fight, she was used as a stand-in, much like how Tai Gong Wang was used as a stand-in for Grand Rider (as its currently nebulous if he IS a viable Grand Rider candidate, though it seems likely). In addition, Tezcatlipoca is currently the Grand Assassin substitute as First Hassan has currently given up his Grand status so that he can directly help us (as have all the other Grands we can currently Summon outside of Merlin, who'snot even properly summoned), but literally no one else is a viable candidate, so Tez is being used as a place holder by the world due to being the only one similar enough to do so. Basically, I'm saying that that fight is meant more so to be a stand-in for what happened and shouldn't be taken as a 1:1. Though it's pretty obvious Artoria will be Grand Saber imo
Regarding Draco, I don't think Chaldeas summoning system can even be use to summon a Beast class so I think it is Draco herself who forcibly overwrite the summoning circle to enable her own manifestation because we have some kind of relation with her
There is also the case when you get just a straight up gold servant card with normal rings, no card transformation, but that's not really an animation.
I'm so glad I've managed to get Swimsuit Kiara, Arcueid and Draco. Hell, their summoning animations are just so unique and awesome. Swimsuit Kiara feels cursed, and being the first "special summoning" servant, she deserves that vibe. Arcueid just hijicking the summoning as if it was her authority while showing the White Princess in front of you also feels amazing... also, thank god I read the majority of the OG Tsukihime VN... Kohaku's route is the GOAT don't @ me. And Draco goes "it's the end of the world as we know it" with electricity going down during the summoning circle... how cursed can we get from that?!
You can also get a 4* (pretty sure 5* as well) with the standard animation, with no transformation or gold sparklies. It's just the normal "Adidas" Servant animation but with a gold card.
My first gacha that I played was FGO, and I have played other gachas like Blue Archive, Arknights, Genshin, Honkai Star Rail and R:1999, it is curious that in all the gachas (except fate) it always tells you when a SSR is going to appear, on the other hand, FGO is a DAMN roller coaster, you don't know if you will get a Servant of 5 or 4 since golden glitter or a rainbow doesn't always appear, or you don't know if the silver card will transform into a gold one or not, or if nothing comes out in the rings and you get a golden one, you don't know anything, that makes it frustrating but at the same time exciting, the Fate gacha is unique, I have been playing it for more than 4 years and it is something that I have noticed, something that I loved is that now there are different animations when you summon a special limited servant, fate's effort has been very noticeable, just in that, in its rate up I can't say the same
The servers are unfortunately closed but Dragalia Lost also had a surprise 5 star system, even if it was not as developed. Basically, we could differentiate in advance if the summon was going to give an sr or ssr but sometimes an ssr appeared after an animation indicating an sr : the weapon representing the class then became rainbow instead of gold.
I'm pretty sure everyone is just inviting themselves at this point. It's that trope where everyone hangs out at the MC's house for no the reason than they can once they either get beaten or recruited. MC can't even do anything from a mix of being too nice or uncertain what to do. And of course, one could say this is all prep work to ready Guda to deal with the ultimate duo spouse, Alaya AND Gaia.
That do be my one grape with the summoning animations. They just don't feel 'grand' enough. I get why those 3, have special animation, I just wish they would sprinkle some extra flavor to more animation

I think taking the music out from the video might be a better idea, or at least toning it down. Especially for the Draco summon... the fact the music and sound all dies (in-game) from it is kind of lessened from the music you have going on in the video.
