What so impactful of griffiths monologue is that its the truth. Its even more powerful when you see what he becomes. He got lost in his dream and got killed by it. Gaining such meaning and motivation from a villain just makes it even more important for me because he was once a regular man that felt that. To then lose it all.

This is why I feel & cant fw so many "new age Berserk fans/Griffth haters". The Hate is warranted but so many people aren't mature enough to have this conversation about Griffith, Miuras World is deeper than just good & evil, it's a contrast of the Grey where the lines are blurred, I always say if you Hate Griffith for the mere fact of the Eclipse and only the Actions of the Eclipse, then go & Support Guts knowing full well what he's done on his road towards that moment then you dont truly get what Miura is telling, it's deeper than just "fk griffith", both are symbolic parallels of the same contrast. Also it's the fact the bros a rapist so it's hard to defend in modern day yet given the context of the world, is it really that fked when Guts killed a mf Kid. Don't even mention the lost children's ark where bro is like a fkn Demon 🔥🔥
