_ Zest of one lemon.
_ 20 ml Lemon juice (4 Tsp)
_ 100 g Sugar (1/2 Cup)
_ 400 ml Already sweetened whipping cream (2.5 Cup + 2 Tbsp)
_ A spoonful of agar agar.
_ Some water.
Third layer:
_ 70 g Sugar (1/3 Cup)
_ A spoonful of lemon zest.
_ One whole egg and one egg yolk.
_ 70 ml lemon juice (1/3 Cup)
_ A envelope of vanillin.
_ A spoonful of butter.
_ A spoonful of agar agar with a little water.
