Por fin, hoy os comparto un buen comestible, La seta de marzo o La seta de ardilla o Marzuela que además es la primera de la temporada de invierno, y por ello, yo creo que sabe mejor. En nuestra zona suele salir ya en el mes de enero entre la hojarasca de los hayedos y es muy difícil de ver y eso lo hace más emociónate. Este año solo he encontrado estos pocos ejemplares del video y en el mes de marzo, pero en otras zonas de la mitad centro hacia arriba ahora está en plena floración También os comparto unas bonitas flores de la Ajuga reptans (Consuelda media) que las veo por muchos sitios.
Hygrophorus marzuolus (Fr.) Bres. 1893
Características:
-Sombrero: de talla media a grande, ente 5 y 15 cm de diámetro, cuando nace es hemisférico, después convexo para acabar aplanado, con los bordes ondulados e incurvados La cutícula es lisa de color gris negruzco, con tonalidades marrones y en ocasiones con zonas más claras.
-Láminas: en los ejemplares jóvenes son apretadas y de color blanco y en los ejemplares adultos son espaciadas, gruesas, cerosas y algo decurrentes y de color grisáceo.
-Pie: Cilíndrico, corto y grueso, de color grisáceo
-Carne: Compacta, algo fibrosa, de color blanco pero que se oscurece debajo de la cutícula y con un olor y sabor agradable
-Comestibilidad: Buen comestible y apreciada por ser la primera seta que aparece en la temporada de invierno
-Hábitat: En coníferas, pero en nuestra zona le gustan los hayedos, donde se esconde entre la hojarasca y por ello es muy difícil verlas, y eso le da un toque de misterio.
-Época: En invierno a partir de enero
-Confusiones: con el H. atramentosus que sale en otoño y el sombrero tiene tonos más marrones y tiene menos carne

Hygrophorus marzuolus (Fr.) Bres. 1893
Characteristics:
-Cap medium to large in size, between 5 and 15 cm in diameter, when it is born it is hemispherical, then convex to finish flattened, with wavy and curved edges The cuticle is smooth, blackish gray, with brown tones and sometimes with areas more clear.
-Gills: in the young specimens they are tight and white in color and in the adult specimens they are spaced, thick, waxy and somewhat decurrent and greyish in color.
-Stem: Cylindrical, short and thick, grayish in color
-Flesh: Compact, somewhat fibrous, white in color but darkening under the cuticle and with a pleasant smell and taste
-Edibility: Good edible and appreciated for being the first mushroom to appear in the winter season
-Habitat: In conifers, but in our area it likes beech trees, where it hides among the litter and therefore it is very difficult to see them, and that gives it a touch of mystery.
-Season: In winter from January
-Confusions: with H. atramentosus that comes out in autumn and the hat has more brown tones and has less meat

Finalmente oggi condivido un buon commestibile, Il fungo di marzo, che è anche il primo della stagione invernale, e quindi, secondo me, ha un sapore migliore. Nella nostra zona di solito esce già nel mese di gennaio tra la lettiera dei faggi ed è molto difficile da vedere e questo lo rende più emozionante. Quest'anno ho trovato solo queste poche copie del video e nel mese di marzo. Condivido anche alcuni bellissimi fiori degli Ajuga reptans (Comfrey media)

Caratteristiche:
-Cappello: di taglia medio grande, di diametro compreso tra 5 e 15 cm, alla nascita è emisferico, poi convesso per finire appiattito, con bordi ondulati e ricurvi La cuticola è liscia, grigio nerastra, con toni marroni e talvolta con zone più chiaro.
-Lamelle: negli esemplari giovani sono strette e di colore bianco e negli esemplari adulti sono spaziate, spesse, cerose e alquanto decorrenti e di colore grigiastro
-Gambo: cilindrico, corto e spesso, di colore grigiastro
-Carne: compatta, un po 'fibrosa, di colore bianco ma scurente sotto la cuticola e con odore e sapore gradevoli
-Commestibilità: Buon commestibile e apprezzato per essere il primo fungo a comparire nella stagione invernale
-Habitat: Nelle conifere, ma nella nostra zona gli piacciono i faggi, dove si nasconde tra i rifiuti e quindi è molto difficile vederli, e questo gli conferisce un tocco di mistero.
-Stagione: in inverno da gennaio

Pues hay que fijarse mucho, y hasta que no encuentras las primeras y se hace el ojo a ellas, es muy difícil verlas, se esconden cosa mala. Pero eso a su vez hace que nos guste ir a buscarlas, ellas se esconden y nosotros las queremos encontrarlas.

Magnificent. The color and pattern is stunning in this and then the light colored specimen is equally gorgeous. I need to wear my reading glasses to see what it is lol. I really like the wildflowers too. I'm always fascinated by the underside of these. The gills are stunning.
