Sheeesh what's the trick to drag stuff around so precise and smooth? If I want it smooth I need to zoom a looot and makes things harder
I downloaded a clip from one of Kryy's video (check the description, there is link to download), opened random clip and deleted every sprite, layer and frame, except for v-cam folder. So now I have some sort of a template .fla file, that I open everytime when I start new project - don't forget to Save As or Ctrl+Shift+S (not Save/Ctrl+S, You need to keep this empty document as a template for Your projects). Before that I had the same problem as Yours, I remember when I had a 2000% zoom - it was awful lol.
The trick here is that his projects are made in Adobe Animate (new version of Flash), and he has no snapping feature, so moving objects and rotating them is becoming smoother and helps to make better animations

this is really well made but i'm wondering about the foot sprites.
I usually take the foot sprites from Zach Hockersmith sprite pack. They are in Dissenter style, however, You can just delete the layer with shading, and You get foot sprites in old Madness Project Nexus Classic style

This is an awesome animation! What software do you use?
I am using Adobe Flash CS6. But i start all of my projects from opening .fla file from Adobe Animate. So techically, I'm using Adobe Animate mechanics, but in Adobe Flash CS6. Hope it helps!

how do you get the cut outs of the sprites sheets perfect
I try to separate sprites into multiple layers (layer for drawing injuries, layer for original outline and layer for the filling of the sprite), because making them IN the layer with the outline is quite a pain. After I finished I remove unnecessary stuff and the sprite is ready
