hello sir actually when i am connecting my fire stick to my crt tv through this converter my fire stick is getting over heating but when i am connecting it to my projector it's not getting hot is there some problem in my convertor but before i was using this convertor for my chromecast at that time i was not getting this type of issue

Consumer CRTs have a definition of 480 vertical lines by 300-500 horizontal lines(depends on quality of TV), you can't magically get a 4k resolution on the thing.

You must be using both power cable. Don't use the power cable on converter.
