Plus the appeallant judge put John Doe on the dismissal my name is not on it not even Jane doe. They just threw my case out . I did not get a trial. I got all my evidence.
I filed a complaint with the bar counsel against the defendant. I pray I can find someone to help me. I got somebody to help me out with my workman compensation claim. The one I have problems with is wrong ful termination. Federal court. I may have a recourse
I have a question about a judgement from prevailing on your EEOC claim. If one was reinstated with a no contact order written in but thier offender is still within thier supervisory chain.. How does that look? What if that creates a ptsd situation with extreme anxiety? Do you appeal the decision or what options do you have outside of quitting. The hopes is that they terminate this individual so this isn't even an option bc the prevailing party loves and wants thier job but without the stress of knowing someone may retaliate or create a hostile work environment even tho the prevailing party is technically on a "protected" status 🙄🤷🏾♀️???
Laws prohibit employers from retaliating against employees and creating a hositle work environment. An employee violated has a right to file an EEOC complaint. Regarding appeals, see Federal Rule Civil Procedure 4. Best.
I took FMLA for situational anxiety PCP said I could certainly work from home. When does ADA cross over with FMLA? I believe that they were offering me an ineffective accommodation(FMLA) unpaid medical leave thus I had to also use up 26 sick days during leave to keep Benifits paid for. If ADA I believe that they would have had to allow me to keep working even if from home. Any thoughts?

Let me suggest that you contact your State Bar and get a list of pro bono attorneys that you can call for help. Do that like today.

This is one of my complaint. I went on medical leave. Had documents from doctors. When I came back they fired me. They caused the anxiety
