    I really enjoyed doing this workout❤….can I do this for 3-4 my exams will complete then I will join gym…I’m daily going to basketball it’s exhausting unable to study so I was thinking of this workout 3 days then 3 days basketball 1 day rest…sir what is ur opinion?

      Jaggery, honey, ब्राउन शुगर ye sab sugar hi hai.
      चाई पीनी है तो कम शक्कर पीओ.
      मतलब अगर गुड डाल रहे हो तो वो भी कम से कम उपयोग करो

      2.5 kgs and 5 kgs are good to go.
      Thode time ke bad jaroorat lage toh 7.5 kgs purchase kar sakte ho.
      Abhi ke liye 2.5kg & 7.5 kg.
