Very nice and informative review. This knife handles all my camp work. I dont have problem to strike sparks with the blade. In an emergency situation, he will be able to handle it. I'm going to sharpen the spine and get rid of the coating because don't like it. I previously had SRK with AUS8 and SK-5 of similar knives, but didn't like the handle. I've been using Hultafors OK4 for a long time, but I am giving it to my son because it is a safe knife for learning to work in the field. I recommend the knife as a general purpose knife.

Thank you very much for your comment. Glad you liked the video. Maybe I'll make a spot on the back of the blade that will scratch the firesteel better. This is a good all-purpose knife.

That nice looks really sharp and strong too to be able to chop the wood like that!
I guess the magpies ate really well considering you fed them the ends of your fingers😁
I have one of those Light My Fire Swedish FireSteels. They work pretty well. They do seem little small though.
    Great judgement generator!!!

Thank you for the comment. 👍Birds should not be fed human meat. Or it will happen in the same way as in Alfred Hitchcock's movie😅That knife still has room for development. All in all, it's a good knife, but not as good as I hoped. I don't know if making these youtube videos is worth the effort. Day jobs take up all my time, so there is no chance to grow the channel. And youtube doesn't even recommend videos to anyone.🤔

@@karelianprepper It's always hard in the beginning with RUclips! A lot of effort and what seems like no result. You're channel has grown though😃
If you enjoy making the videos then I'd say keep at it. Think of it as a fun hobby where you get to learn new skills and express yourself in fun ways. You'll also be able to look back on these where you are alder and really enjoy seeing what you were doing.

@@agesadventures Making RUclips is hard but fun. Especially if you shoot videos outdoors. If a person wants to do well, he has to give 110%. Making RUclips is a memorable journey

Oma m95 ensimmäisen version puukko toimii tulustenkin kanssa.

Kiitos kommentista. Onko siinä ensimmäisessä versiossa terän selkä reunoiltaan pyöristetty? Tässä uudessa versiossa on, niin sen takia on vaikea saada kipinää kunnolla aikaiseksi.

For a knife handle to cause blisters, you will have to use it 10 hours every day and have the hands of a kid. That's nonsence, handle is fine.

Thank you for the comment. Some find the handle gives them blisters. I have no problem with the handle. Maybe they haven't done any heavy work.
