no we need people who strive for a different America, instead of celebrating ego centric presents - are you completely blind as to what this dumb narcissist stands for??
Loved how people have sent so much original and unique stuff to you, loved seeing your opening, really shows how much people think of you mate, you are truely a lovely guy
Its been at least six years watching you from back in the cross country running days. Wow you have grown up. Throughout it all you have kept it fresh and interesting. I am just a simple guy from the US who admires what you have built. I hope one day to see you in politics or diplomacy.
What a great box opening, Joel. You clearly have already touched and made better the lives of so many people. What an achievement as you also deal with the demanding tasks attendant upon this stage of your life. I am an atheist but I think I will nonetheless send out prayers to the Universe that you are blessed with all the success you so deserve
Oh congratulations in advance of your graduation . Gosh time goes so quick. 🎉😎👍. With all the depressing stuff going on , this always reminds us there are some really kind thoughtful people out there. 😎
Good on you for getting through uni, buddy. Unfortunately, the inflatable doll I sent you got pulled by US customs. They said "Flexible Sue" didn't meet US safety standards. Anyway, congrats.
👏🏻👏🏻🇬🇧 congrats. I think you’d absolutely love Australia. Lots of things you’d find familiar UK wise, but with great weather. It’s not that far for you unlike compared to people going from U.K. Now or never before you sucked into working full time.
You have done well, Joel. Kitted out for the Summer. International star. People have written books about you! You are right about you still being the same person. Therefore, you should definitely go to Wales to celebrate. Good luck with the last stretch of Uni. From Yorkshire
I can just see you in one of the football shirts, feet up watching Frost, munching candy 🍬 Enjoy! I hope you make it over to the UK again soon, you fit in so well, and you're well placed to enjoy our playground (the rest of Europe). Good luck with the home run at Uni 🙋♀️🇬🇧🤪
I think you became a bit emotional at the end. That says it all really. You appreciate every letter, card and package and are deserving of them all. Gaining a significant amount of subscribers hasn't changed you and the fact you still remain humble is testament to the good hearted man you are. Better be seeing all thoses shirts in videos now you have a new wardrobe. Let us know what the AI book offers about you as im intrigued. Good luck with everything and don't leave the next opening as long as this !
Cymru on your mug is Welsh for Wales, Joel good luck in your final year and thanks for all your efforts for making your vlogs thoughtful and interesting, Diolch yn fawr!
Hi from Down under! Chicken salt was invented in Australia and is very popular. Yes you can put it on chicken.. A Touch of Frost is my favourite David Jason show!!
I'm a 68 year Brit woman who used to enjoy treks in the US and Canada when I was younger. The wonderlust has gone, but I've really enjoyed watching you seeing Britain for the first time, especially in places like The Cotwolds and countryside all around England. It's good to know the hospitality is normally good, as is the food, and I'm sorry for the rare occasions when you've been let down. I'd like to suggest you one day walk the South Downs Way. I live right on the coast between Brighton and Portsmouth and there is so much to see here. You are a shining example of how open and educated you are, and will to learn all about the world. It's shock me to realise very few Americans even have a passport. Here's to more enlightenment.
@RAinteractive I’m in the same area as you as I live in Worthing, and absolutely agree Joel should walk the South Downs way. My parents did this in 1993 when they were younger than I am now (I’m 60 next month) and they loved it. They started in Eastbourne, finishing in Winchester rather than most people who do it the other way. My brother lived in Brighton at the time, so for the first part of the route they stayed with him, he’d drop them off in the morning at the start point, and pick them up at the end of each day, then as they progressed, they stayed with me and I dropped them off and collected them at the end of the day. If I had someone to walk it with, I’d love to do it myself.
@sarabazlinton9820 shows what a small world it is really - Worthing it is :) Some American friends did the walk, staying at pubs along the way - you know Amberley and so on - they loved it and all the pub grub.
I'm in Hailsham and I walk on my part of the South Downs Way - Alfriston and the Wilmington Long Man carved into the hillside..it's all ancient and very beautiful.
I’d like to second that. The Weald of Sussex is in between the north and South Downs and has a fascinating history. There are many smallish stately homes eg Heaver Castle, a moated Manor House, childhood home to Anne Boleyn, Henry VIII second wife, beheaded. Walk along the South Downs for wonderful views. Visit Lewes, where November 5th, Guy Fawkes is celebrated in style. Bonfires have been used for centuries as celebrations or, if on the hills (beacons), such as Ditchling beacon, warnings of raids. Many small villages and beautiful buildings.
Aww, good luck in your final year, Joel. You're a young man I would be proud to call my son. You remind me very much of my own son who I am also very proud of. He's a middle child between two sisters and his view of the world is very, "Live and let live." All of my kids are curious about the world, but he is the most open to taking people as they come and enjoying our differences, as long as they're respectful of all. My daughters are less so for some reason maybe because they're first born and last born. They can both be a bit precious 😅 Anyway, I hope you get to Wales to enjoy Cymru soon. Croeso y Cymru (Croy-so ee come-ree) is "Welcome To Wales". Its a beautiful country especially where I live in The Vale Of Glamorgan which is mostly farm land rivers ans coast line.
The chicken salt was invented by a fast food shop owner-operator who used it on the chicken he sold. They call it chicken salt, but there was never any chicken in it. It is for sprinkling on chicken. It goes well on many other foods too.
Congratulations on finishing University. I finished school at what we call Year 10 in New South Wales so age 16 and started in the Electrical Trade. I am now as retired as much as an electrician can. I m now seventy two years old but I still get asked if I can look at things for people. It at least stops the old brain from getting rusty. You have to come to Australia sometime. You have visited the rest you need to visit the best. Keep well and thank you for your hard work.
It was lovely seeing you open all your parcels again Joel. Particularly when you saw your England shirt with your initials on the back. 😁 so glad to hear all is going well with you. Hope you’re visiting England again this year…love watching your travelling videos. Take Joel 🌟🫶🏻
Hello Joel. An American in an England shirt. You may upset some Scots? Some of "Frost" was filmed in Yorkshire as it was a Yorkshire TV show. You will not go wrong on Patrion. Great presents everyone!
Joel, Big announcement finishing up your college years in a couple of months. Do yourself a favor and I know things are rushed, and everything and everybody is at hectic pace toward the end of school and finals. Take some pictures/selfies of the people and friends you made over your school years before your classes end. You will appreciate these pictures and memories of these people who touched and shared these years with you as you get older too. Watched you grow-up these last nearly four years now and please take time to take all this in and enjoy these remaining days you have in college. You will look back fondly on this time in your life. Congrats and look all you have accomplished in your young life. Thank-you. Will
Oh I would love if you did Wales. Be sure to follow the coast up via the Dyfi Estuary. I reckon go from Cardiff all round up to the top. Also I'm with you on life being really 'off' since Covid. Weird hard times.
Love what you said about your Welsh mug, you are spot on too, well done! However the CYMRU says Wales but in Welsh not English, it is pronounced kimroo! I have been learning a little Welsh myself as I have always adored the place since founding out I had a Welsh Grandma and visiting the tiny village she was born in, such a tough life for her too! Put this on your MUST places to visit (view on You Tube first) Port Merrion, there was a cult hit TV series called The Prisoner filmed here in the 60s, stunning Spanish village in the middle of Wales. For a castle with a difference Gwyrch is probably my fave, yea I know the history but the view of this place built across the mountain side is stunning. South Stack lighthouse on Anglesey stunning too. You need a long time for Wales !!! You lucky man !
Im so glad you got my parcel Joel. And sorry, I should've explained in my letter how to pronounce Cymru as "Come-ree", so that's my bad, not yours. Hope you enjoy the mug and the book is useful 👍
Chocolate is nice form the UK/Switzerland etc but its made for the climate. I honestly think when the recipe is changed it just gets worse. I realise the italian makers seem to involve nuts alot more, maybe this helps in the climate, nutella/ferrro rocher etc.
Good luck in your last year at Uni. I did my final semester at uni last, was so glad when I got my final results (I passed) I have my graduation ceremony in September this year (Looking fwd to it). I am doing my Masters (Cyber Security) atm. Been following you since you were in High school, doing running/training vids. I have not been able to watch too many of your vids this year, due to my studies. Anyway, once again, good luck with your final semester ✌and beyond.
A very nice opening from some very thoughtful people. You are so loved Joel. I was noticing how your looks are changing. You've grown from a very cute kid to a very handsome young man, but from then to now, you've always been very appreciative and very kind. I'm very proud of you my eastern "grandson ". Your mom must also be very proud of you. Looking forward to the next video and hoping to see Ben again. Take care, love you.
Hey Joel, always enjoy your content, best wishes to you as you near the end of your studies and graduation. Hope you have something cool planned to celebrate and you'll still be able to share whatever chapter comes next. Love from UK.
Joel, make sure that you low temperature or cold machine wash your English Football shirts. Also hang them up to dry, do not tumble dry them. They are very valuable. Dominic
Hey Joel, now you've finished Uni are you still thinking of doing a work from home on a canal barge in the UK? 😅 that was a great, fun reaction video! Congratulations mate!
I cannot belive that you are almost finished with your studies. I have followed you since your pre-uni days and remember very well how exited and nervous you were going 😊 enjoy the final sprint and thanks for taking us along on your exploration of the world around you.

So hard to believe you are graduating in a month or so. David Jason is such a versatile actor.
The Olympic top was designed by Stella McCartney 😊
A touch of frost was a great show. Sir David played the character well. That moustache was real lol.
Good luck for your future adventures Joel 🍀 ❤
The word on the Welsh mug Cymru… pronounced come ree… it the Welsh name for Wales

bouillon...it's a French word for soup. Bouillon cube is dehydrated broth or stock formed into a small cube or other cuboid shape.
Hi from Down under! Chicken salt was invented in Australia and is very popular. Yes you can put it on chicken.. A Touch of Frost is my favourite David Jason show!!

Cymru is the Welsh language name for Wales and pronounced 'cum-ri' (or thereabouts, I am not a Welsh speaker, or even Welsh!! 🙂).

Yeah! Your'e not a bad bloke, i think mate.
Cymru is Welsh for …..Wales
21:32 "A Touch of Frost" is brilliant. It would be ideal for watching one episode in the Friday slot on Patreon.
Hi Joel, the Touch of Frost series is really good. Its very funny in places whilst retaining the drama element. It was acrually filmed in a few places in Yorkshire. Primarily Leeds and surrounding suburbs but also Castleford where i am originally from. The location vehicles used to be around the small rown regular in the 90's and early 2000's. I was working in the shopping centre one year and they filmed outside our store. It was great to watch David in action. In between takes he would go into different stores and talk to the assistants. You are very much loved Joel as you bring so much entertainment to so many. Good luck with your finals and i hope we will see you back in York.this summer. ❤
One episode was filmed at my former boss's house
Bleeding brilliant. I want that book. Hehe. Is there a PDF or EPUB?
As a British German in America I can say I like your take on the UK experiences
Good luck after graduation
Good luck for your future ❤
