Fireworks Don't Worry This Cat! Mogwai's no Scaredy-Cat.

Fireworks don't bother Mogwai! She's learned that shes safe while shes inside.
This is easy. To teach your cat not to be afraid of fireworks, simply do nothing on fireworks night. What I mean by that is don't do anything DIFFERENT from any normal day.
If you just behave like normal, be calm and relaxed, your cat(s) will see you are not stressed or worried and soon realise that everything must be ok, and they will relax too.
It may take a few nights depending on your cat(s), but you just have to remember to be consistant, just keep calm, don't let your cats stress make you stressed. It's so easy to give in, pick up the cat, and ruin everything. BE STRONG! This video is proof that it works.
It may be hard for a night or two, whatever you feel just know it's worth it for a lifetime of stress-free fireworks nights.
So many people get stressed and say things like "what was that noise!" or they give extra treats and fuss to their cat(s). The cat(s) realise something must be wrong. Why is my owner getting stressed? Whats happening? Something must be scarey!
This works for doggies too. (but cats are better! 🤣)
With Mog, it only took 1 night. She started off scared of the loud bangs, but soon realised it was only annoying noise and she was safe. Telling her to stop being silly helped too.
