Hey dude. Sorry to burst you bubble (pun optional), but that action skill cool down might not be because of your build. Did you respec at all during the play-session? Cos if so, the guardian rank (Topped Off) locks on and doubles down. And by that I mean, when you respec, the game registers Topped Off as active and for some reason locks it on. THEN whenever your shields are full, it acts like you get another "stack" of Topped Off. So at full shields after respecking you get (+200% +200%) AS cooldown rate!
Side note, if you respec again (and again) you can lock in further stacks. Which is kinda cool, but I also don't like it cos it feels a bit (a lot) like cheating

Have you ever considered doing a Maliwan Allegiance Zane (but no Grease Trap until the endgame) or Torgue Allegiance FL4K playthrough?
Hey K6, love the playthroughs, got a mad idea for a challenge run. Use guns that only come in one element. Your choice of game though as bl2 gives you the hornet early might be a starting point. Tourge guns and acceptability is up to you. Much love from England

I know it's an unpopular opinion, but I truly do enjoy playing bl3 more than 2. I absolutely love bl2 but I don't know, I just enjoy the movement and gameplay better with 3. No story will ever beat 2 though for sure. Gonna have to do an Amara run soon now lol.
I agree, but like you I love BL2 too. It's just hard to go back
I went into arms race level 50, got toboggan with action skill cool down and rifle damage and, the boss dropped hotfoot teddy. Both on first run 🙂
