To a 3.5mm audio out socket you can connect as many speakers as you want just using a splitter. I have connected 5 audio system to my pc 3.5mm socket

Sir should i use 3.5 mm jack for output from tv . 3.5 mm to rca cable that u used.
Or use its optical port and use digital to analog converter and then connect rca cable to amplifier .

Use 3.5mm jack from tv output. See if it works properly. This way u can control volume from tv. If u use optical then u have control volume from connected speaker set.
