The fight choreography and camera work is amazing. Long takes like James banford on arrow. I know in big cgi fests fight choreography can be not great. But this looks great. All the action scenes look incredible

Even the fight scene with Aquaman's mom looks dope! The way the camera moves is great 👍, it's sooo fluid with the combat.
SUPER USER reminds me of the fight we're Thea fights diggle s brother and Oliver vs caydens thugs and vigilante. Also daisy Johnsons one take fights on AOS.
Yea camera work looks very good, though the cgi still concerns me with the movie looking like it will be relying very heavily on it.
MartialArts4321 got to give that camera credit work to James wan, from saw to the conjuring to this, he just keeps getting better !

Guys the future of the DCEU is fine with Aquaman, Shazam, Wonder Woman 84 and Birds of Prey coming out within the next year and a half.

Shazam could go either way and Birds of Prey may go bad if not done PERFECTLY. But yeah, it's almost guaranteed Aquaman and Wonder Woman 84 will be great.

@@ttttttttttttttt515 All movies in general can go either good or bad depending on who you ask. Everyone has different point of views and tastes. I personality find many recent superhero movies just ok or average. while some stand out like days of future past, logan, iron man 1, avengers 1, nolan's batman, wonder woman. That's just me. 😁
Superman isn't lost yet. So far there has been no public comments on Henry Cavill moving on from Superman from WB or Cavill or his manager. I still think they are in negotiations and until Cavill himself says he is done then all is not lost.

I would love for this to be DC's Guardians movie, where the universe is expanded to new places and feels different in tone than the other character's movies. The king is Graham McTavish btw, who's in Preacher and the Hobbit movies. He also voices in a lot of video games.
I am pretty sure that DC's Guardians movie will be the Green Lantern Corps movie , they have been pitching the movie to be the gateway to explore multiple characters in the future.
Mr. H Pretty sure DC won't have a "Guardians" nor should it... Aquaman and GLC when it drops will be their own thing...
Really??? GOTG is pretty much the same tone as every other MCU film just with a better soundtrack.
Elz Robinson I didn't mean Literally.........I just mean't Subjectively that Green Lantern Corps will expand the DCEU just like Guardians opened the gateway for the MCU , even though MCU kind of ruined the Nova Corps but I believe DCEU will make a diamond out of the Green Lantern Corp.
Pretty sure he meant DC's Guardians as in this will take place in a new world (the ocean) just like GOTG took Marvel to space. It also looks much lighter in tone, mostly due to Jason Momoa's character being less stoic and grim than DCEU's Batman, Superman, or Wonder Woman.

Am I the only one who thought that rooftop scene was almost exactly the rooftop scene from fast five? That shot of Mera jumping over the soldier jumping through the building was like the same shot as Vin Diesel jumping over the Rock jumping through the building in that movie. Pretty sue it even has the same music cue.

The trailer is really good and i am excited for the movie but yeah that's right its the same stunt and that's why I am not that impressed in that specific scene because ive seen it before. In fact, it was done much better by other actors. I can almost guess that amber was not the one running but a stunt man. It is just too obvious. I mentioned somewhere here in youtube when the first trailer was released that it has a f&f stunt but the rest of the trailer looks really great. Btw not only f&f did that stunt, other movies too. I think it was also used one of zoe saldana's movie, colombiana and others too so not big deal at all. I am impressed with nicole kidman in that short scene, she was a$$.

The sequence was dope... That's how you do action scenes and not some silly shaky camera which was used a lot in Infinity War.
Aaron was the only reactor out of all reactors that I have seen for this to get the 5th element reference.
This is personally the best DC movie
The action scene ( roof/houses) reminds me some scenes from Jason Bourne and Valerian movie. ( same action style)

I think this movie will be like 3 hours long which is why they showed so mcuh of that one scene when they're on the rooftops
I was happy with the first trailer, I'm worried again after this. It looks like half of the movie is gonna be a fun romp on land and the other half is a CGI theatrical royal melodrama underwater. Not just in the literal sense, but I'm worried about the overall tone and switching from one to another. If they pull it off, Aquaman might finaly get the movie the awesome character deserves.
