To be honest i am only 12 but i have cried so many times afraid someone will see me i don't shade tears anymore. My mom says that i am strong cause i don't cry even when i am seriously hurt...but i don't cry cause my tears won't come out anymore. I can feel my face go cold,my body shaking, my eyes hurting like something is trying break through, my throat hurting as if someone is slit my throat, my heart wrenching as if there are needles sewing through it. It all just hurts too much.

Every night I have a mental breakdown and scream into my pillow that I want to cut myself but I can’t because I’m such a coward, and that I might be sent to a white padded room. I keep repeating “ I DON’T WANT TO GO “ over and over again. Yet I can’t cry because I cried too much already. My siblings were stillborn and I blame myself for it. Nothing can change my mind that if I wasn’t here they would be. I don’t want to make this only about me, so I hope you’re doing alright. Make sure to eat and drink water. Have a healthy sleep schedule as well, it helps a bit. Even if I’m a stranger on the internet I will always be here for you. I’m so proud of you.
