I really love Big Hit I think it’s the only company in SK that takes a good care of their artists, I wish all companies could treat their artists well
There are quite a few good ones, but there are a lot of shady ones. Good companies I know of is Big Hit, JYP, Happyface (they’re small), and Beat Interactive (also small). There’s definitely some others like Mamamoo’s company, but I don’t know them all.

fun fact: when they're all giving their new year's wishes at the end, it goes from youngest to oldest in order-with the exception of Hoseok coming before Namjoon, which is backwards, as Hoseok is slightly older (though they were both born in '94).
you could say it's because people born in the same year are interchangeable, but others born in the same year, like Jimin and Taehyung ('95), are always placed in the correct order (Taehyung is younger than Jimin), while Hoseok is almost always reversed with Namjoon. it's probably because Namjoon is the leader and tends to come first whenever possible.
