We as Razorback fans our whole lives and watching you play and coach Mr Lunney. I think I speak for 99% of Razorback nation when I say thank you for everything you have given to this state and to our football team through the years. We all love you and will miss seeing you on the sideline and in front of a mic. Whereever you end up I know you will be great at whatever you will be doing next in the next phase of your life whether it is here or somewhere else!!

Lunney can go back to those collar less shirts and audition for one of the alien parts if they do another Star Trek He has that alien look down pat with the shaved head and dark circled eyes Count this fan in what is probably just typical in not caring what happens to high salary people doing bad jobs You speak for yourself and not ever 99% of nothing You ding bat

Maybe I can agree that Barry might not quite be ready to tackle the head coaching job but, the Man has a heart and a passion for Razorback Football! He's shown an ability to develop players at the Tight End position as we've all seen. We consistantly put Tight Ends in the Pros. Some of our best players in the past several years have been under Barry. Isn't that what we need in a head coach? Consistent player development and the ability to bring the heart and fight out in young men which, the last time I checked, creates the toughness of which I feel has been lacking in the last few years. The disadvantages we have in recruiting 4 and 5 star players has to be overcame with toughness and tenacity. That's what the Razorbacks of the past have been noted for. Yes, we need a coach with that same toughness and tenacity that, never settles for less than perfection. Maybe a mixture of coaches like Saban, Petrino(in his heyday just, not quite such a SOB), or Sweeney. But with the Heart Of A Razorback!!! Like Coach "O" has for LSU. You're not gonna find that in a coach whose heart is in it "just for the money" or is just trying to build a resume to go to another big time school or the NFL. If Barry could be given the chance, and God willing, became successful here at Arkansas, I guarantee you, he's here for the long haul! If indeed HY fills the position with an outside coach, I certainly hope that coach retains Barry's services. We need all the True Razorbacks we can get and keep in house!

What the hell man, i thought this game was tomorrow on Saturday like it always is, had no idea it was today or i would have watched it,even though we lost looks like we put up a decent fight ,but I'm a hog fan born and bred and i will continue to be ,I'm not one of those bangwagon fans ,just pray that this program can get back to fighting and back to respectability like we used to be , it's been a long tough road but i believe we will get back to that, might take awhile, but we WILL get there again, i feel sorry for the players man you know that has to suck and i used to play so i know it's hard to keep that momentum and positivity when things keep going up hill, but we will be back i gurantee you, just gotta show some heart and keep fighting, we've been good before,we can do it again, but i think the fact some of these really good recruits it's a shame they chose to decommit especially if they did it because of chad Morris being fired because if i was waiting to play i would be absolutely glad that he had been fired ,people don't normally just commit for the coach, but it is what it is,just shows they didn't have the heart to stick it out and give it a shot but ,we will see what happens i pray we get a decent coach that will light a fire under this teams ass , because God knows we need a miracle right now

It’s also funny because you accuse everyone else of being trolls, yet on EVERY RAZORBACK VIDEO you can find your name under anyone’s comment showing support for the team. COME ON HY, BARRY NEEDS TO BE HIRED AS THE RAZORBACKS NEXT HEAD COACH. Not only is he from Arkansas, but he’s also played at Arkansas, he’s young and is the type of guy that can relate to the players. He’s got what it takes to get players up and ready to fight for him. He’s ten times the coach Morris is, I mean just look at the way Barry handles these press conferences vs the way Morris handled them! It’s a night and day difference. Also look at the way Barry carries himself vs the way Chad did. Look at what Barry has done while being the tight end coach at Arkansas!!! Arkansas has become a tight end factory for the NFL and that’s because of the man you have coaching
that position. With that being said, Barry can obviously develop players and does a pretty darn good job at it too. No need to go looking anywhere for a head coach HY. Barry is our guy. This team needs a coach that can develop players (3 stars). They also need an Arkansas guy leading them, you know darn well It doesn’t get anymore Arkansas than Barry and with that Comes a guy that not only would be as loyal to Arkansas as a guy could be, but he also would bleed for the Razorbacks! Barry is the guy!

Poor QB play has now became the benchmark of this program for many years. Along with dropped passes and foolish penalties galore it is all just a recipe for constant losing no matter the physical effort put forth by varying numbers of these players. That is all on the backs of these coaches. They should all be fired in the interest of forever stopping this type football. Lunney knows how to stroke the fans. He could make it as a press secretary for a big wig politician. However if you are not part of the cure, you are then part of the problem. Lunney is no cure.
