Thanks for the feedback and happy to hear the pointers on composition are useful. The rendering of the Summilux is indeed awesome and so much fun to shoot with.
What a lovely time with family you shared! Those pics looked really nice, I’m hoping to get the M11 in the near future myself. Cheers from San Francisco!
Thanks 🙏🏻! The M11 produces gorgeous results. Hope you can get yours soon ✌🏻. The Bay Area is beautiful, so lots of opportunities to take the camera out 🤩
As a matter of fact, a local shop has reached out and I will try out an M6 soon and make a video about the experience 💯🤘🏻. Not sure how it’s gonna go, because I don’t have real experience with film photography. But really stoked about it ✌🏻
I love these pictures and, as always, you give plenty of great tips and insights. I especially have to agree with embracing the fact that you're not alone in these picturesque spots. I sometimes fall for the trap of getting worked up and hoping people will leave the shot, only for someone else to immediately walk into the frame. On the other hand, I do feel awkward taking pictures of strangers, have you ever been approached by someone in one of your shots?
I had the same mindset when I started getting into landscape photography. But for touristy spots or popular hikes, the only option would be to camp on location or arrive well before sunrise, if you want the place to yourself :-). Taking photographs of strangers is indeed a skill that you need to learn. People in my shots are quite small and because of the M body with the small lenses, I tend to attract less attention than someone with a DSLR + large zoom lens. I am still building up the courage to take it to the next level and approach people for a portrait up close. Maybe in one of the next videos, it could happen :-).
Love the panorama from the lake.
Thanks, like that one a lot too🙏🏻
Very nice video, great shots! It`s very helpful to hear your thoughts on your compositions. Also the 3d pop of the Summilux is amazing

Great photos, we have just booked 4 days for next year in Lermoos. Can't wait, greetings from the UK
Thanks! Hope you have good weather on your trip 🤞🏻. It’s a gorgeous region 💯
That panorama takes me straight back ... cheers to a lovely holiday and a great video to remember and cherish that great experience!
😘
Another treasure of photography advice, thank you. You did a masterful job of producing fascinating photos from everyday scenery.
Thanks for the support 🙏🏻.
Nice lake and mountains. I'm Austrian but never have been in this region. Super cool.
Beautiful country you live in 💯. So many beautiful landscapes, great food and beer 🍺 👍🏻

Very cool. Enjoyed this video mate
Those colours at 0:48 the reds wow. Also the landscape with the family in it black and white at 4:35 🙏
Thanks! Really enjoy the DNG files coming out of the M11 (and Leica cameras in general). Fun while shooting and fun while editing ;-)
@@berndvandecruys Agreed. Even as far back as my Leica M8.2 I really enjoy the files from the M.
Well done.
🙏🏻
Should try also a Leica film M. M4 or M6 for example.
