It’s easy to go online and speak against something you might not like, but it’s hard to be on the receiving end of that criticism. Logan Conover joins Rowan & Arasha this week to share some hate that he has faced through his work in the fitness industry, as well as on Tik Tok. We would never tell you not to be a hater, but we challenge you to give the people on your screen some grace before leaving your comments.

I literally thought this was an episode about a hater named Logan that yall just called out with no mercy. Cause i didnt know who Logan Conover was lol. Lovely episode!
Prior to the pandemic, I was a fitness instructor for LTF in my area for almost 17 years. Everything Logan said about being an instructor was true for me. This was a part time gig for me, but I loved what I did and, most, of the people who attended my classes. Part of my job was to entertain the members in my classes. Sometimes I would sing along with the song playing. I would be stupid for no reason and I would interact with people in my class. I would call people out by name. It was important for people to get a good workout and have fun too.
Along with the compliments, I got the hate too. As I got older, I cared less and less. If it didn't offer to improve my class or me as an instructor, I paid it dust. The gym had so many classes and instructors, they could just go to another class.
I grew a lot from that experience. My self-esteem improved and I'm not the same person who started as a group fitness instructor in the early 90s and definitely better after 17 years at LTF. I'm no longer a fitness instructor and I have no plans on returning. I'm good with running, my weights, trx band, and other bands in my basement for my own workouts.

This was a good episode, but please put the cameras back where they were. It was bothering me the whole time. And Rowan was way too close to everything. Is this only my problem, though? Yeah.
Rowan hate is insane. I came for Arasha and stayed for Rowan. You guys are the most iconic & fun duo! Logan was also so funny on this episode, 10/10. This pod always makes my Tuesday commutes so much better
