Nick is great, but he is not full-time and has alot of other work . The lattest is when Dan was given up to 20 Tons droped on his new place for his Tent and he had to ., I am supposing had to shovel all that himself . Then he ran to get the Beams he needed to finnish a quarter of the floor over the Kitchen.

Could I be your oldest female follower at 73YRS? Every morning I watch your vlogs whilst walking on my treadmill. I know nothing about restoration but have loved each and every vlog. My vocabulary has expanded to include Noggin and I can’t wait to use it and impress friends. Thank you so much Dan, I’m so excited for you x
Dan, this was so fun to watch. The skill Nick has with the digger is phenomenal. You and Cameron did a tremendous job today. I can almost see Thomas and Jack riding the little car around the trails. Lots of fresh air and energy expended to sleep well at night. A little boy's dream. ♥
With a tree house no higher than what the boys could fall off safely (while they're young) & maybe a couple of swings underneath it ...the boys could have a perfect play area near the yurt ...they're not too old for a sand box either ...later a tether ball ...
A joy to watch you, Nick and Cameron working the land. Excited to see you build the yurt and get settled into your temporary home. Jack P and Thomas are going to love the seesaw. See ya tomorra. 🙏❤️
What an inspiring team you are! Such hard workers, and Nick's tree felling, and land clearing/levelling skills are incredible! The boys will love the see saw.😊
You are so blessed to have Nick as an amazing advisor and friend to help you and so many others. We may not be there to help but we’re cheering you on. The slo-mo tree cut and fall was great. I love Nicks shirt today, it gave me a good laugh, “ Run Forest Run!” Please tell him I said hello. All the best to you, your boys (so cute!), Nick , Cameron be and anyone else who comes to your Château. Katherine Woodstock Georgia USA 🇺🇸
So admire your infectious upbeat attitude and your seemingly unflagging energy. Can’t wait to see where your vision takes you. Here for the long run. Congratulations! 🤗
Great progress. It is great having an artist like Nick… whether it’s a chainsaw or some kind of dirt mover. At a certain point when you can start to mow you’ve got to be seeing the light at the end of the journey. That is, even if the journey is but one small step along the many steps to go. Thank you so much for sharing!
You needed a bit of outdoor atmosphere Dan. Soaking in the beautiful forest glade is a change from brick walls and rafters! What a special play area the rustic see saw will be for Thomas and Jack. 👏🥰
Oh I just love watching your channel, and dreaming as I do. That pathway, how I would love to be a kid again and explore there, I hope you can put some fun magical areas for the kids to get to, you'll need to save some of those trees, and build a little log cabin out there for them!
I love that you have paths around the property. They will make beautiful walkways for an afternoon stroll. What a great job at cutting the trees and leveling the yard too.
I like that brush mower. Perfect for making little trails for people to walk through. Nick and Cameron. Such good workers who know their stuff. Thanks for sharing your day. 😀
The see saw is such an excellent idea! And the paths being carved out already look amazing. They are going to be sublime when you and Nick have fully executed that vision. Just wow!
Good morning. Yes it is nice for you to have Nikki and Cameron there to help you and it's coming along very nice and the yard is looking great too!!!🙂👍
Absolutely love the See-Saw. It’s brilliant to see a parent happy to let your boys experience ‘risky play’ and letting them explore their surroundings.
Nick’s expertise with heavy machinery as well as his amazing knowledge about trees and his ability to fell them at whatever height …. Just leaves me speechless !!! Both him and Dan are invaluable to this project !
The trails in the forest looks beautiful. Nick and Cameron are amazing and the help is immeasurable. Your helicopter 😊pad is awesome...somis your new toy the see saw😂
You know when Nick straps on that harness , things are about to get exciting. Cameron's a hard worker. He does everything at full pelt, chugging right along. The boys need a little fort to go with the see-saw and a swingy type thing. They are going to love this setup. I can't wait for the yurt!
Is it just me or do others watch Dan’s Vlogs multiple times? I seem to watch the first time to get the ‘story’ of the day and then again just to enjoy his cinematography and the details.
Dan,Nick, and Camron my busy 🐝. Nick does a beautiful job with the tree trimming and operating the machinery to clear the grounds for the yurt. It’s good to see all of you doing what makes you feel good. Until tomorrow my busy 🐝. Take care and stay safe. Love ya all 🍺🍺🍺❤️🇺🇸🙏🕊🌹😇🌞👍🌈🐝
I love watching your daily vlogs and seeing the remarkable progress you and Nick have made. It's going to be such a beautiful paradise when finished! Good work!
I’d would highly recommend you put footings in. You don’t want your yurt on the ground, especially in winter! Great job today, it looks so good. Love the paths!
We just experienced a severe windstorm with quarter-sized hail. I now really appreciate what you guys are doing with the trees. Nick and Cameron can tell by just looking at a tree that there will be a problem. Very valuable skills.
What is it about these wonderful tree guys, we have found an amazing guy living local to us, so much knowledge about trees, woods etc..amazing..so lucky to have him working on our oak trees and just look at the amazing job here..❤
What another great vlog that was. I could watch you three all day lol. Everywhere looks so lovely, nature is wonderful. When nic eventually retires he should write a book, what an amazing best seller that would be,such an interesting man .love to you all 🤗
😊😊😊😊 love the seesaw. I cannot wait to see the yurt. Nice to see some outdoor activity although you want to push forward with beams etc. Enjoy a bit of change and you will be surprised at the change when working inside with beams and flooring. You go Dan and team, awesome work as always!!!
Hi Dan , we love what you are doing as we wish you all the best with the project. We are in our seventies as we hope we live long enough to see the end result. Lol😅
Applause, applause, applause and the crowd roars. Woo hoo! It’s getting very exciting. Your hard work is making things come together. The grounds are being pulled together. You will be yurting before you know it. We will need a tour inside of course. At this rate it won’t be long until you can stop the clean up and get into planting. 😊 So pleased about the seesaw. I’ve had some good injuries on them as a kid. It was because there were two seesaws close together that I was injured. I’m sure your boys will enjoy it. Thank you. May you please take care and stay safe. Louisa. 👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️🤩🤩🤩
Nick and Cameron are so very talented. I love the paths your building Dan the boy's will love them. In their eyes this has to be the best adventure any young child could love.

Dan, it looks better everyday! Nick is so good at finding the right trees to take down! Great enjoyment and see you tomorrow!
Nothing like s little playtime from two big kids. Loved it and so will your boys.
