I have 4 Siku castings for around 20 yrs now, a McLaren M7, Porsche 917, 911,911 cabrio, it is so cool to see today that they still have some specs on actual car on the bases still, I don't see to many here in Australia but after seeing that in your video I'll have to chase some in the future, thanks for the video
The Mercedes from matchbox is really cool. The Citroën ds, in Holland we call it a snoek. Did you find the James Bond next to the matchbox ambassador? They had a lot of James bond things. Lambo and Porche are nice too. Good to know you are happy with the 5 pack🙂
Wow too many awesome cars, you found gold there. I love the Isetta, so cute :) You found another cool Coke 5 pack too. Love the Tomica Vintage cas. The Dick Tracy and 007 cars were my faves
I love matchbox brand and still are so many that I need like those Mercedes from your video. However, I think those TLV are amazing, especially the early versions. Great video!!
Nice haul. Great selection. The Dick Tracy cars were fantasy cars as the studio did not get any trademarked vehicles for the film. As with the sets on the film which showed ‘BAR’ ‘HOTEL’ and other generic signage and labels - just like the comic strip. These cars were based on popular 30s cars though.
I also have to say being a die cast car lover, Matchbox have the BEST looking cars hands down in the mainline runs. I do love Hot Wheels and I do get more of them. Mainly because I CAN'T FIND Matchbox. Matchbox, especially older models like the Thunderbird were so detailed, had suspension, and some had opening doors as well. So much nicer, BUT not as fast as Hot Wheels on the track. I really enjoy those cars a lot more. Now Auto World, Johnny Lightning, etc THOSE are unreal in detail, but are also $6.00+. So while I love the detail of AW and JL I can get 5 or 6 Matchbox for 1 AW. Sometimes you want more cars. OK most of the time...lol.
The first car, the Matchbox T-Bird Coupe is easily one of my top cars I've seen you get. For one, I had one...lol. Mine was brown. It had a digital dash which I LOVED. ????? But anyway THAT was a awesome car. Now I have to try and find one. Ugh.
I can't imagine that's possible. For me I have so many cars. Carded and open. Boxes and boxes. It would take at least a 90 minute video to even see half.

22:12. My grandmother had one of that generation in red, Manual too.
I assume it was the Vauxhall version?
@@ChasingDiecastCars nope Holden. Most likely would have been the vauxhaul version being RHD. I can almost smell the interior.
Lol
Great finds, thanks for taking the time to repackage and rerecord. Lead Sled is sic.

Don't you hate when you gotta film things more than once due to technical issues? Happens to me too from time to time >
