Filling and packaging Gable Top machines carry packaging liquid and pasty products in rectangular packages of high-density board with double-sided polyethylene coating by automatic batching of slabs, accurate volumetric dosing of the product and hermetically sealing the packages.
Gable top machines operate with different types of blanks, forming packets of standard types A and B, volume of 0.25 to 1 liter, with or without a cap, and e.g. Diamond Curve bags, packages with an enlarged cap, etc.
Machine working cycle includes a process of forming a package from a flat blank, the drain fitting welded ultrasonically to the package (as required), the precise volumetric dispensing of the product and hermetic sealing package. The possibility of filling the product in a "clean" environment (Ultra Clean version). Machines are adapted to the CIP cleaning and can be equipped with an automatic CIP dosing systems. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel.
