Shouldn't the credit to idea around "the Human Resource Crisis" and industrialized learning be directed to Sir Ken Robinson who coined it in his famous TED talk and expanded more in it in his work 'The Element'? I LOVE PS and mean no disrespect. But I heard those terms from Sir Robinson at least a decade ago.
