Today we did a hanging bar thing and I of course was on it and I was gonna do a flyaway but my friend goes “ I think it’s gonna break” then next tap swing the rope snaps and I go flying 😭🤚🏼

Today at practice we were doing handstand walks to warm up and one of my friends fell sideways and one of them fell like into a bridge and it looked like she was about to do a forward roll instead of going to a bridge but the person who fell sideways what's under her it was so scary Also a few days ago somebody was doing a roundoff back handspring at practice and somebody walked behind her and they were like inches away from kicking the other person it was so scary
