Finding information about this tv has been very difficult but you've posted a lot of videos, unfortunately for me not in English. But I hope you can assist me, recently my "iMax" version started showing the black color as red on the screen, messing up all viewing. I've tried your above method but it did not solve the problem. I would only want to do a reset as a last resort as I have a few apps on it that were tedious to set up. I have had this tv for less than a year. Please help in English. And English translations of your videos would also be very helpful and appreciated.

@@itwithsoniarajput Thank you for replying, I had tried that method and it didn't solve the problem. However a day after I messaged you the picture has mysteriously returned to normal, I am cautiously watching it 🤞. I hope you will add full English subtitles to all the videos as that would be most helpful. I would also like some help about casting as the tv's built-in mirrorcasting app doesn't function and that eshare app is not available. Also up to what size memory cards does this tv directly recognize. I use a 128 GB card on my phone and can only access files with non built-in apps on the tv.
And thank you in advance as you seem to have many solutions to this tv's myriad of issues.
