No disrespect but tears and rips happens when you don't push only when the uterus contract. Your lamaz class teacher should of taught you that. The uterus has been created in a way that it can contract enough so the baby can come out a few inches. How do I know this? I know cause I had a baby and I had a dynamic lamaz coach and I did exactly what she said so I don't tear or rip and I didn't. Doctors just say push push push and don't care if you are pushing baby when the vagina is firmly closed and not contracted. Now I know people are going to argue and say the vagina will still tear, and the are wrong.
In Mexico, we do something similar to this, especially after childbirth. It’s so fascinating seeing how many different cultures share a similar tradition ❤️

Being Haitian I was brought up on this especially after giving birth. This did wonders for me after I had my daughter. We use this fresh leaf that grew in back of our yard and also would make tea out of it abs drink it. This was a great video and very informative.

Be very aware of the herbs that are used while womb steaming because they have different effects. It’s an amazing detox but also serves a purpose for healing such as fertility, infection, etc

Yoni Steam is a huge part of my life! I use a mini crock pot, crate box and hemorrhoid pillow in my setup. Way cheaper than the yoni boxes and it keeps my herbs warm. ☺️ I end up steaming a lot longer than you, and I have found it to help with my menstrual pain. Thanks for sharing! If her pain is anything like I think it is, definitely try to get her the right vitamins will change her life. Simply adding daily Magnesium is a game changer. I been yoni steaming and have a video on it as well from a few years back and it helped make my cycles back on track. I mean my cycles became irregular from BC (which is poison never again) and i start implementing natural herbs and then yoni steams but b4 natural herb capsules, i did yoni steaming first and BOOM my period came 3 days after the yoni steaming the first time ever after not having a period for 2-3 months.
It's crazy you say BC is poison because I've been contemplating for months of I wanna get back on the iud or not because my period is so heavy but idk if I wanna spot for months and feel outta whack ugh 😫

Wow. I know that word ‘yoni’ became mainstream in the US but I freak out whenever I hear people just say it casually. I grew up in India and that word is not something that rolls off of people’s tongue 😅😂. It literally means vagina in Sanskrit (ancient Indian language).
I think a lot of cultures are conservative and private about words relating to sexuality and private regions. That’s why it isn’t heard in India. But American culture is pretty shameless and casual use of words relating to sexuality is common. I don’t have mental cramps nor a heavy period so I’ve been blessed also. However I would love to try this. I make my own ACV that I douche with once a month. . It has kept my pH balance normal. I realy like it when this kind of subjects is being more well known. Steam your yoni preferably before bed time. It is important to keep yourself warm during steaming and after. When you are done just whipe your yoni and wear the most wide and comfortable underwear that you have. Do not wear underwear like strings/thongs. But underwear that made of cotton. What I like to do as well after the steaming is using the herbs and put it on a reuseable cottonpad. And the water I will put it in a bottle so I can give my yoni a shower with. I hope it makes all sense what I have wrote. English is not my firts language🙈

You boil the water first and then put in herbs let and sit for only 10 minutes not boiling the herbs ❤️

Oh sweet sister, don't leave us out that are in the menopause part of life. This would be so wonderful to not only cleanse but to lubricate as many woman get very dry with menopause. Steam your yoni preferably before bed time. It is important to keep yourself warm during steaming and after.
When you are done just whipe your yoni and wear the most wide and comfortable underwear that you have. Do not wear underwear like strings/thongs. But underwear that made of cotton.
What I like to do as well after the steaming is using the herbs and put it on a reuseable cottonpad. And the water I will put it in a bottle so I can give my yoni a shower with.
