I have this feeling Marika is probably one of the nicest people anyone could meet
So when you have your own practice, you will spend 1.5 hours on a patient assessment? I have had the same doctor for 30 years, and I don't think we've spent that much time together if you add it all up. Exactly when should I move to Canada?

I appreciate how natural and organic this video seems. These asmr videos are going over board with the taping, chewing crinkling. When they do it excessively and it creates the opposite effect on me… it literally infuriates me. I get so mad! Lol its so fake and annoying! Thank you for taking your time in planning the video, writing a dialogue, and for being so gentle.

Yeah, those excessive/unnatural sounds are too much for me and I can’t watch those types of videos. I know they work for a lot of people though, but they’re not relaxing at all for me!

I absolutely agree, it makes me physically uncomfortable with the mouth noises, the forced whispering or excessive tapping. It isn't relaxing at all to me. My kids love that type, they will turn it on and be asleep in minutes.

I swear it’s like they get off on it. Why bring the patient into the room at all if the doc is still nowhere near ready for them?
Michael Leary cause the medical assistants work with multiple providers and we would get backed up even more if we only started ur vitals and history when the doctors was done. Instead of rooming people as quickly as we can. Also just so you know, it’s hardly ever the doctor being slow and majority patients never being on time. Obviously providers seen patients anyway cause that’s their nature, but please try to have alittle more grace with your provider.
@@calebbenjamin8 is it really from a patient being late tho. I always made sure to be early because from my understanding they don't have time to wait for you and will skip to someone else. I have seen that happen often...
@@AceSimGaming yes I work with 12 different providers and majority of the time, what happens is the patient is late and the doctors decides to see them anyway. a lot of times those late patients then have Alottt to talk about. I don’t mean this to sound like I dislike those patients, cause I understand things happen. I’m just telling you atleast in primary care the doctor is usually late cause they have a hard time turning people away even when they are late. I will say sometimes some doctors feel bad about ending a visit with a very needy patient and that causes them to also run behind. Also maybe I’m misunderstanding you, but if you believed the doctor turned people away then what reason did you think made them late? Just them talking too much?(sometimes, but this is the minority, it’s usually the patient not understanding the 15min for a problem and 30min for a physical) which is nobody’s fault. My point is a late doctor is probably one who just cares ALOT as opposed to not at all and reschedules immediately to keep time.
Marika is a gem. I always look forward to seeing her.
I do love the soft spoken voice in the beginning but I do usually skip the long history taking after a few minutes. I also enjoy the cheerful disposition you have now versus older videos. I can see you are more comfortable now which is great!
I'm a big fidgeter too so watching her play with the bear made me feel good for some reason :) love your videos!

Semide, I like the way you begin this session. I heard Jackson's name mentioned Waiting for Jackson Lol You start by asking questions and finding out more in formation on the person being examined . You are so relaxed as you perform your head to toe exam. The exam is very thorough check all the areas. You use the proper tools to add to the realism of the roleplay. You always give good advice. The interaction is good between both of you. I like the use of the tuning fork and flashlight. Your speaking voice is super calming . You have such a naturally calming tone in your voice. This is very relaxing.

I have found her attention to detail and multiple camera angles from like her very first videos , so unusual and such a professional feel.
I’m just worried that once Semide sets up practice she won’t have enough time for YT…. Hopefully the income will be lucrative enough she won’t completely abandon us.
Or maybe , like some chiropractic docs do now, they record actual patients who sign off on being shown, so it wouldn’t be that much more work (just editing/ upload)
