This is no cooking at all. It is just taking a piece of bread, warm it in a toaster and then take everything you can find in you fridge and put it on it.
I recall my Mom's apple butter in the 70's. But Grandmas didn't eat things like "ricotta and almonds". I suspect this is from her boyfriend chef's recipies.

If that’s the best a her chef boyfriend could get her to parrot out she must be thick as 2 short planks - fail to actually toast bread & spread pre maid (assuming shop bought) ingredients on it while telling us what a genius she is 😂

Or a very neglected American grandmother. Her father is now 80 and continues to say he never hears from rmm. Her mother is late 60' s and rmm has not once mentioned anybody in the USA or elsewhere that she is related to unless it's untrue. It’s sad that some toast and almonds or a few condiments out of a packet slapped on bread, is a considered a generational recipe handed down to her.
It tells me she didn’t have family meals or cooked together with her family. The most notable example she had was an easy breakfast meal her grandmother probably made for her.
