Even on the official Thai visa website India is mentioned as a Visa Exempt Country (upto 60 days now) regardless of date. So i think even after 11th Nov Indians will be Visa exempt.

Brother abhi Thailand visa exemption program chala raha hai abhi apko visa apply ki koi jarurat nahi ap bas required Documents le kar jao. Apke passport par 60 days ka stamp lag jayga. Ye plan abhi 11 nov 24 tak hai
