Firstly, thank you! So at Arise, we used to have classes from morning 9 am to about 6/7 pm, mostly. Some classes stretched longer. While waiting for the lecture to start, I'd review my deck. After class, I made it a point to revise whatever was taught on the same day itself. I also made a habit of solving MCQs daily. On my low days, I'd talk with my family and my best friend. They would uplift my mood.
