illegal immigration should not be incentivized as result of poor interpretations and implementation of laws written 150 years ago. If at least one parent maintains a legal status, birthright citizenship should be granted to newborn children… however, if both parents are here illegally, automatic citizenship should NOT be granted. This is how 95% of the rest of the world operates because it makes sense.

According to the 14th Amendment..."All people born or naturalized in the United States are citizens of the United States and the state they reside in". There's no language on the 14th Amendment that provides an exception like the one you illustrate. An executive order alone cannot undo this.
