This song is about the brutal October 7 massacre carried out by Hamas in Israel, raping, dismembering, burning alive, ripping open the bellies of pregnant women, mutilating and killing more than 1,400 babies, children, women and men and the elderly - in ONE DAY were killed in their homes. They kidnapped more than 240 innocent people - FROM 1 YEAR TO 89 YEARS OLD.
134 of them are still held captive in the Gaza tunnels, including a 1-year-old child who “celebrated” his 1st birthday in captivity (as well as his 4.5-year-old brother and their mother)
A CIRCLE of people around Eden Golan are young people who came to dance at the Nova festival - a festival of light and love in nature. About 400 young people were brutally killed there

Hi! Thank you for your warm reaction! This beautiful ballad reflects the Israeli rather sad national sentiment! We are still aching an unprovocked terrorist attack that came to a degree of merely genocide! Pls trust the Ebu decide we did not start any war we are peace seeking modern liberal nation but we cannot let our children be slaughtered the bible says when someone comes to kill you you have to make your moove first! I didn't get your choice to speak about other performances in a reaction to Eden....btw for us , Israelis, this is not a song in esc....this is our grieving anthem. I personally lost a close member of my family at Nova....so Europe and its ignorant millennials mean NOTHING to me.

You are emotional because Eden manages to convey the terrible pain that all of us in Israel went through (and are still going through, because we are waiting for more than 120 abductees, among them elderly and babies, to return home)
As you probably understood this song is not a love song, it is a song of national pain and the hurricane is emotional. Every Israeli feels it.
The creators of the song and the creators of the video did a great job and Eden agreed to the minor direction, which does not give expression to her diva abilities.
The result is chilling and everyone who listens to this song feels something. Many feel that the tears come up by themselves

Hello friend. Without getting political... Israelis are used to not getting support from the world and we really are not OK with it (especially after our greatest massacre as a country on October 7th), just like you are "not OK with things happening in the world" as said. In my opinion; no matter how good it is; there is no chance this song wins- because of the fact it represents Israel. But I deeply appreciate your honest review concerning only music and not any political views. The song is amazing and I'm sure Eden will give us a lot of pride.
Like the forest after a fire we will grow and grow stronger and stronger again, we will dance again...

What's really outstanding, is that it would grab you from the first moment, the first time you listen to it, and it will increase everey time you listen again, like you don't get tired of it. In my eyes this is a good indication of a well written and performed piece of music.
