I've struggled with mental health all my life; from ADD when I was little, depression in middle school, and gender dysphoria now. This song really helps.

This song is not only relatable to me as a neurodivergent person, but it also works for a story idea I have.
I felt like this throughout all of my school years. I always felt like I was a bad joke, that gets forgotten very easily and doesn't deserve to have friends. Nowadays I am happy to be me, since I know there will always be people who love me.

This song means so much to me. I've been diagnosed as bi polar with severe depression, psychosis, EUPD, GAD, social phobia and hallucinations. I feel that this song sums me up to a tee. If David wrote this song I love him for it. Finding SPG songs have literally saved my life. I so wanted to see them live in Lincoln in August but I'm in psychiatric hospital so i cant go. I love SPG. I am going to sound cheesy as hell when I say this but this song literally saved my life the other night. I was starting to formulate plans to end my life and I heard this song and it stopped me. broke through my wall like nothing else had been able too. Thank you SPG and Spine for saving my life. Fiona H. Especially when people just use the term wired wrong as an example of what it's like. I hate that.
Only in the last year have I found out that I have ADHD. I am 50 and you can imagine the frustration trying to be like everyone else and wondering why I was like I am. Honestly the diagnosis is a relief.

@@killerjack3737 i personally dont see my experience as "wired wrong" just wired different, however i know the experience (and especially this song) resonates with a lot of trans ppl. one of the singers is transgender, even, so i dont think its a coincidence
