Further up at the head of the big gravel just behind the trees. The jagged bedrock looks good also.

Finish your prospecting it is the only way to find a pay streak . I usually prospect trenches 90 degrees to the river flow and have found gold where there is a transition of material

Hmm..tough call. Maybe another day there and then head back to the other spot. The quality of the videos is really improving too, sound is so much better in this one and I enjoyed hearing a bit about what you're looking for in a spot to dig.

I think keep working that spot further up the jagged area in the same line until you run out of good material. Then move to the right and do it again. That spot looks amazing.
    Nice job!

Hey Gaetano! It's your Uncle Paulo's roommate Joyce here on the 'Like' & 'Subscribe' buttons. Good quality video! Wishing you much success showing off your beautiful mountain surroundings 😉

I’d keep going up the hill for option 1. The gravels you were pulling off the smooth bedrock were very light and I was surprised that you found any float gold in it. The river has more gold up stream if it can accumulate those specs in one or two seasons.

Going number one choice up to the ancient seabed fractured bedrock. Careful walking on those round roller rocks came from The Dakotas or Idaho maybe Montana. I subscribed. To the more recent Theory also of cataclysmic event blast all that river rock from Points East in a few Dozen Years to the then Pacific Coast at Nevada border. Probably carved out the Grand Canyon in less than 30 years

Option one. You ended on a good note. Keep moving along the jagged bottom. Use “alien” boulders as your initial indicator of a streak.

Cool video! I would love to find bedrock too but where I usually prospect, bedrock is about 15 feet down.

Your video is worth more views, likes and subs. First time here and I'm pushin' a bunch of chips to the center of the table. This works for me.

Where you dug in video needs more investigation do one more day going into bedrock and brake it up shovel away top light and work only bottom 3 inches on coarse bedrock than make up your mind one day not good test you started getting better gold find out before giving up on
