When I almost got killed in a car wreck who helped me then? Men.....my dad, ambulance, truck drivers, an off duty emt that stopped and pulled over to check my injuries till the ambulance arrived and the fireman.
There was only one woman and she was an off duty nurse that also pulled over to help till the ambulance came.

I was a single mother once upon a time. Yes, I'm old, and my kids are grown and on their own. BUT let me tell you how we did things back in the day. My current husband, now of more than 35 years, didn't get to even meet my daughter for quite a long time. Oh he knew she existed, but it was a long time before they met. "I" had to get to know him first! I had to KNOW that this relationship was going somewhere, that I could trust him with my child! DON'T bring these men into your child's life until you KNOW them, and you KNOW there is a future there. Bringing men in and out of kid's lives is so hard ON THEM!
