What is ASMR?

The part about how it's unrealistic to always try your best all the time reminds me of a conversation I had with my friend about the same concept about how it's ok to not always push yourself. And now after a visit from one of my doctors he told me to "Take it easy, for your own sake." and after I felt like I was gonna faint at work the other day, I gotta start taking this to heart. I love these videos where it's framed as being pampered after a long day of work. It makes me feel good.

Since this time last year, I've had my car stolen, 3 surgical procedures, and work problems due to my surgeries.
Along with physical therapy and occupational therapy. While I think I'm handling the stress of it all, I just realized that I haven't had someone to give me a sweet uplifting talking to like this. So for those of us who grew up in a time when you just deal with it. It's invigorating to have someone be a positive beacon out there. Even if it's a stranger who I'll probably never meet. Thank you for your general empathy.
