I think these backroad tours are a breath of fresh air - especially with the saturation of everyone covering the parks. I applaud you for branching out and taking us to new and interesting places!! 👏🏻
I was really captivated by the huge gorgeous trees on the property …I paused and really looked at them…I’m a nature lover so this video brought me joy this morning 😍
The trees are amazing. The resort has a Disney naturalist that gives nature tours on the property and talks about the trees. Well worth doing if you ever visit.
My family just left there a few days ago after spending a week. This is a hidden DVC gem. We go once a year. Very relaxing, just the right amount of Disney touch. I’m glad you were able to experience this resort.
This is one of our favorite DVC properties now. We have had the most "Disney Magic" moments there because the cast members are so amazing. Thanks for the great tour, Adam!
This place is perfect it’s all about peace & nature, and the free stuff you got the mug the button a coffee. I like that it’s not making you choke on tons of Mickey Mouse and all that stuff. It’s just enough, It’s just right.
Wow! Thank you for posting this. Especially including the hand written note from the Mousekeeper. Back when I used to be a Mousekeeper at the Grand Floridian, my managers would give me crap about leaving notes like that for my guests and members. Part of the mission statement of the Grand is delivering the finest in personalized service and my theory was “what’s more personal then a hand written note?” Adam, you seem very appreciative of it ❤️ as many members and guests would seek me out in the halls and on social media to thank me for such a warm welcome and a great job. I care more about what the guest says about my work then I do the management. It’s a huge sore spot and one of primary reasons why after 12-1/2 years as a CM I am actively searching for new employment away from the tourism industry. I’m hoping I can peace out before the end of this month. I will always appreciate our guests and members, they’re the ones that have made my role as a Cast Member amazing! All DVC resorts have free laundry as long as your staying in the DVC section (if not at exclusive DVC resort like OKW, HHI, VB, RR, SS, or AKKV).
I am so darn jealous as looking out "my window" I see SNOW and near ZERO TEMP as Alaska is beautiful during the summers but I HATE the winters and if I could that I wouldn't be here as IT IS TIME TO GO......Have fun and Stay safe....

That is so interesting that you mention this was the first resort after Key West because my first thought was this is reminding me of Key West Florida! It has turned really cold here around the Charlotte area finally. I like a nice hard freeze to kill off all the plants and weeds that I’m allergic to lol The weather has turned to imitate Jacksonville Florida in this area now. And this place is growing so fast it is really unbelievable! There are so many things to do in Charlotte area and so younger people really like it here we have a four year college of course and the Panthers. I am more of a baseball fan myself! You are really in a beautiful place now I just want that weather to improve for you while you’re there so you can get a bit of sunshine without all the high intensity heat. This Disney island is truly beautiful space! And watching Disney CDs is very relaxing and happy so enjoy those two Love the free coffee and how nice everyone is treating you and your pin for first time visitor really classy I like it a lot💕☝️
HEY ATW... TODAY'S VLOG REALLY MADE ME FEEL GOOD! I thought I wouldn't miss your Disney content, but honestly, it was like a homecoming to see the Hilton Head Property! All the Mickey's, the amenities, just the Ambiance made me feel comfortable and longing for Disney once again. Thanks ATW for showing this today!It proves Disney resorts are a cut above the rest!
We stayed there at Hilton Head DVC with her daughter & her family this past year at 4th of July! We loved every minute of it! They were making Mickey Mouse Patriotic Wreaths @ the community room which had a reasonable cost to it! We so enjoyed the S’more’s Pit Bonfire as well as the Dole Whips by the pool. Mickey waffles can be beat for breakfast either. Lots to see & do & relax too! Fireworks were phenomenal and you could see several shows at the same time! There is a fantastic French bakery across the bridge which serves phenomenal chocolate croissants! So worth standing in line for!!! For dinner, you must go off the island! We really liked Giuseppi’s Pizza & Pasta House, with wonderful food. Our grands liked their garlic dough dippers, garlic cheese bread, calzones (huge) & for dessert homemade Zeppoli with three sauces and for us adults, Mike’s Killer Key Lime Pie😍

LOVED this tour!! Thank you for that treat! I’ve always heard of the DVC resort at Hilton Head. But to see it it’s so beautiful. Mixing the coolness & theming Disney does best, with the natural beauty of southern SC. And close to some beautiful areas. Love it. Great to know!

Thanks for showing this. I lived in that area long before Disney obtained it. Been to that island many times .. Interesting to see it again after some 33 years.
This is a favorite for my family. It's sooooo much quieter than most properties on the island. We usually go for a week and stay in a suite and love having the kitchen so we aren't eating out all week.
I've never seen this property before, very cool place! It's weird seeing all the Disney logos all set up like that outside of Anaheim or Central Fla. It was pretty neat seeing all the WDW park hours on the TV. Great job!
I like how cozy the common spaces appear. Looks like January is the perfect time to take advantage of this resort. And the squirrels seem friendly. That's always a plus.

Had no idea anything like the Hilton Head with Disney themes are there in South Carolina. I love everything about it. They are 1st class all the way with everything. Looks so nice and peaceful. I visited this place when I was a kid, and they've have changed a little bit of things here and there but basically it hasn't changed at all it's a very relaxing place to go to of what I've remember.
The Tide me over makes a great breakfast for such a tiny place! We stayed in the two bedroom living room, full kitchen 2 bathroom. It was amazing and very reasonable.
Adam, I travel all the time for work and I actually work for a hotel company.. I have to say that I Never thought of carrying my own fan, but what a GREAT idea, I too need a little white noise and like the air moving or I can't sleep. it's an epiphany! seriously. thanks

Love this Disney resort. Go every year end August, first week of September. Beach unbelievably fantastic. We drive and take our beach chairs. Hope to stay about 5 days this trip. Publix about 10 minutes away to fill refrigerator. Washer dryer in unit convenient. Love Hilton Head.
As a SC resident and DVC member I have never stayed at HH. Actually looks very nice for some beach days and close proximity to the other amenities outside of Disney. Great content from TheDailyWoo. Hope the exercise routine leaves a little room for some additional exceptional local eateries later in the year.
You were right about the doorknob reminding you of Bedknobs and Broomsticks. I recently rewatched that movie and the magic bedknob looked very similar.

Visited the property for the first time this past November during a very unusual cold snap storm. The cast members were so awesome and gracious that we came out and stopped by "Tide Me Over" to grab a bite (like the classic dole whip, beignet's and mickey pretzels) during the storm. They were so nice that I wanted to tip them, but they refused to take the tip. They were absolutely amazing and kind cast members! It's such a nice place to visit if you are a Disney Fan and find yourself on HHI. Thanks for sharing this and bringing us back to HHI!
Love the Royal Crown Cola signs and other vintage signage everywhere. Very cool property….definitely going to rent some DVC points and drive up from central FL for a visit at some point.
Sidenote = spit my coffee out at the, "There is no bus transportation or monorail from here," comment. I appreciate you giving the tour of this Resort, I've never seen it before. Dig it.

Adam, I travel all the time for work and I actually work for a hotel company.. I have to say that I Never thought of carrying my own fan, but what a GREAT idea, I too need a little white noise and like the air moving or I can't sleep. it's an epiphany! seriously. thanks
Once you do it you’ll always bring one . But a little plug in style , it’ll change your life if you stay in hotels often
You can use white noise on your phone, spotify has plenty of options

Love this Disney resort. Go every year end August, first week of September. Beach unbelievably fantastic. We drive and take our beach chairs. Hope to stay about 5 days this trip. Publix about 10 minutes away to fill refrigerator. Washer dryer in unit convenient. Love Hilton Head.

As a SC resident and DVC member I have never stayed at HH. Actually looks very nice for some beach days and close proximity to the other amenities outside of Disney. Great content from TheDailyWoo. Hope the exercise routine leaves a little room for some additional exceptional local eateries later in the year.

Visited the property for the first time this past November during a very unusual cold snap storm. The cast members were so awesome and gracious that we came out and stopped by "Tide Me Over" to grab a bite (like the classic dole whip, beignet's and mickey pretzels) during the storm. They were so nice that I wanted to tip them, but they refused to take the tip. They were absolutely amazing and kind cast members! It's such a nice place to visit if you are a Disney Fan and find yourself on HHI. Thanks for sharing this and bringing us back to HHI!

Love the Royal Crown Cola signs and other vintage signage everywhere. Very cool property….definitely going to rent some DVC points and drive up from central FL for a visit at some point.
Sidenote = spit my coffee out at the, "There is no bus transportation or monorail from here," comment. I appreciate you giving the tour of this Resort, I've never seen it before. Dig it.
