If India plays the cards right and negotiate with the right rebels, India could incorporate Naga Self Administration Zone into Nagaland, Kabaw Valley into Manipur and then get new states of Chin and Arakan. All the Rohingyas can then be shipped to Arakan which is their homeland.

Hi , thank you very much for this explanation of this developing issue happy to know that India has learnt its lessons and is doing the balancing act. How much influence China exerts on ASIAN! Malaysia Delegation also came last month to New Delhi few days after the Japanese Delegation. For both these countries China is a major head ache !
India govt should discuss with rebel what they want if they are not interested to Myanmar then join again India. They are family members of Indian family like Mizo Kuki Chin Rohingyas but come with your land then we can accept
