Been practicing Jin a bit on the demo and man, he has so many buttons that work perfectly. F 3, 1 and B 1, 2 are excellent advancing punishers, and you feel like you can just control the battle at all times. Using UF 2 when a bot is heavily pressuring me or UF 3 when they're spamming lows is so much fun. Jin's gonna be a great pocket main for me since I want to main Raven first, but it just feels great to out-fundamental the bots

It isn't. Jin -2 on block. You can option select with down jab. If you're hit it's only natural to end up being mixed up. However as Jin it's much better to aim for electric whiff punish instead of df2 into mix ups.
Having anything plus is always a good thing since your next move is more likely to hit before your opponents move. In tekken specifically, +10 or more (on hit) means you get something guaranteed after the move you landed.

@@jinexodus8879 It could be because of the other lows he has being already good, like d4, db4, hellsweep and new ones like fc df4 and Zen 1+2. Although, being a Jin main, I'll happily take it either way.
He is strong but I think he's overestimated by most people. His many other key moves were nerfed across the move list. ff3 -4 on block now, f4 has nerfed frames and is now rather balanced given they buffed back its combo, ff4 is gone, hellsweep is much weaker, db4 is nerfed, d3,3 is gone and replaced with a shitty scrub killer low high string. Also his ch 4 is nerfed but way more satisfying to land due to improved choreography. T7 S4 version is much stronger but it sucks. He's a solid accessible balanced character now that's fun to play. I'd only change two things. Buff f3 and nerf ff2. The former doesn't ragister as a hit when you clearly touch them and the latter hits when it does not appear as you connect. d2 is questionable but I'd like fro the meta to establish before judging it. It really is reactable sometimes. And I love the fact they've made his 5 hit Kazama style combo so useful now. b1 and f3 are really cool hit confirms that are balanced way better than T7 df1 which is also nerfed btw. Used to be brain dead hit confirm that could really carry Jin mains in ranked online before. Now it's actually hard af to confirm so you risk getting ducked a lot. On the other hand if you miss b1 or f3 confirms you just don't get any follow ups but if you land the reward is great. They've worked well on him imo.
Wait till you see D2. Unseeable +8 on hit CH launching low that's not even launch-punishable on block💀 Funnily enough Jin is one of the only characters who can punish D2 with a full Launch as his WR2 is i14.

Kazuya's ch 4 knockdown into ff4. Its just a jin thing that jin ch 4 gives you +13 for guaranteed 1+2 or df1,4. 1+2 heat dash only gives you slump heat dash that only gives one hit follow up like d2, cd1, d1+2 ground punch, wr+3, ff4.

Fighting bots is completely different to fighting online. Certain moves that work in them would be useless online
I don't like reading about non loyalist. It just makes me sad knowing there are people who would jump sides just for a "win".

Lingering 3 was always plus 6 on block. I have a video doing it on a Lei player. Also leads to people pressing buttons and getting CH into b,f, 2

Those key moves don't matter cause his new moves are as broken as launch Leroy. Maybe even stronger.
