hello mals, i have one suggestion for you - you should get in touch with a physiotherapist- who is a specialist in gynaecology - or simply an MSK physio- they will design a more customised protocol for you- to improve your muscle tone post partum- i am a 3rd year pt student myself- we are taught this stuff- and i think it would be really helpful for you- because googling exercises can get overwhelming- just a suggestion - more power and love to you and abby....
