I don’t mind an iron banner grind I just hate the glimmer grind. These things costing 25k each makes it unbearable. Especially since they got rid of shards.
yep. Best solo farm i found was doing heroic public events + ghost mod to increase the amount of glimmer, but even so, i can only get ~15k per completion. If someone is completely out of glimmer, then he would need 34 public events. But the weapon is pretty good, ngl, i farmed 50+ engrams for the godroll and i dont regret it

Considering that the magazine holds 12 shots (with the mag mod), 8 of em chill clip ones, then 6 shots wont apply the perk. however, if u always reload the magazine before its less than 6 shots, then u got 49 (55 - 6) shots with chill clip, in total. Considering u need 3 shots to freeze a target, its safe to say that u can freeze something 16 times ( 49/3 ), which is much more then any fusion rifle with chill clip that i know. Thats why i think the grind is worth.
I know everyone is hooked on air trigger. I have an impulse amplifier with tax mag and it gives me 44 shots. Yess 55 is more but it’s not the end of the world. Special is something that drops quite frequently so its not a huge issue
As a hunter main and pve only player, you couldn't pay me enough to play pvp I don't care how good the weapon is. My liturgy with chill clip rimestealer is treating me just as well. Suspectum-4fr is also slept on with envious assassin chill clip. There will be more pve weapons with chill clip down the line. Don't ruin your good time with a playlist or activity you don't find fun.
If you don't win the rng wheel the salvations edge sniper I think is just as good if not better. The damage with chaos reshaped is really high and because of rounding you get 3 chill clip shots in a 4 round mag with only two of those shots needed to freeze.
@@bradyschulenberg6848 the problem is it’s just a worse riptide in wave content. You actually have to aim it to get the most use where as riptide or this sidearm you just gotta fire in the general direction of the enemy. Maybe it’d help for actual bosses but that’s about it
@SneakyBeaver I would normally agree, but even in gms I've just hip fired and used it like a shotgun where even with body shots it did decent damage. The two shot freeze was the bigger factor than the damage factor in my experience.

High explosive ordinance WITH backup mag gives you 12 in the mag with 55 total shots. Tactical mag frees up some more mod options for only 3 less shots in most cases. I think it’s a little better overall, but ymmv. AirTrigger/Chill Clip + any mag increasing perk (except extended **it actually decreases total shots) is the god roll.
I got tac mag, air trigger and chill clip with reload mw, I never want to see ib again, also I’d like to ask what fragments would I use on titan pris for transcendence regen and hike still having damage with powered melee attacks
I honestly don’t mind playing IB to grind for the weapon (call me crazy I know)…it’s the, often times, playing 5 or 6 games of IB without getting a IB engram to drop. That plus having to roll the dice with RNG is what sucks. And I think I’ll always have a bit of distrust with the proper functionality of RNG after everything that has happened with bungo.

I don't think Deconstruct is very good as is. The compendium say you need to hit 50% of your mag + 2 (rounded down) to get a pitiful 10% of your ammo back (rounded up). I've got extended mag or high-explosive ordnance so with backup mag has either 15 or 12 shots. I really really don't want to use 9 or 8 shots to get a whopping 2 shots back. Unless I'm missing something that sounds absolutely horrible compared to AT, Impulse, or Loose Change
I don't think you understand how the perk works lol you can get a refill for your mag by shooting a tanky enemies with as little as 2 shots. The whole point is you are keeping your mag filled while CC'ing enemies.

bottom line (all) players have different playstyles, so therefore were not all cookie cutter people (some are) me myself I dont have tyme while in a big fight with tons of enemies in front of me, ohhh I have to remember to jump and reload 🤦 not for me, I want shit that just works 🙂👍

Yup, 51,920 shards just *poof* gone.
Spent them all took multiple hours of afk pretty much on the moon. Bungie fucked up removing them as those fragments lasted like 3 weeks

I quit when I got chill clip/ reverberation/ extended mag. I'm not sure I'd change it at all.

Deconstruct needs to give free ammo back not reserve ammo.
