When that fps proplem happens you need to go to our video settings and make the screen borderless and change it back to full screen and it will be fixed
How come Yone and Yasuo take Fleet? Wouldnt taking Conqueror into melee matchups make more sense? Or does the Fleet provide enough healing to outweigh the additional damage of Conqueror? Because they should theoretically build Conqueror really fast, right? They both like building attack speed.

Basically you are right but ms bonus is op and combined with the heal from rune it gives you margin for error
