😊 Hey guys! We created the Chase Car channel to give viewers a broad overview of the upcoming new cars from the top car manufacturers. We are huge fans of pickup trucks of all sizes: compact, mid-size and full-size trucks. So mostly, we will cover new upcoming trucks, but besides that, here you can find a lot of content about new sedans and SUVs too.
The Electric Vehicle wave sooner or later will become huge, so this type of content might appear on this channel from time to time. But as we are still on the way to becoming fully electrical, we mostly cover fossil cars from many amazing brands.

🏆 Are Chinese EVs DANGEROUS? 🤔
🔴THIS Has NEVER HAPPENED Before In The EV Market WATCH HERE! 👉 ruclips.net/video/zcbj9ssNGVo/видео.html
Crap batteries are the problem. I see it all the time with battery packs for power tools. There are 100s of vague brands on the market boasting fantasy capacities for the price of a baguette. My son bought one that burst into flames while being charged.
And they they thought the Ford Pinto is bad?
Chinese EV Problems With Safety Are So HUGE you right there! No one even worries about when the power goes out Can you open the doors many could not and they could not escape that one thing everyone need to worry about on any EV.
My faith (haha) in EVs, especially but not only Chinese, is totally vindicated.
These damn things are not that practical.
One fire truck can't put out the fire. Need 10.000 plus gallons of water to put EV fire out
Not put it out, bring it under control,,maybe
Chinese EVs are Not SYNONYMOUS with QUALITY n RELIABILITY
Name a car that is.

EVs are not s new technology. They are an old technology, first brought out in the 1890s.
True. It's the materials used & the mfg. process that's far different. Then there's the charging station issues. Plus the demand for the vehicle to be all things to most people doesn't help. Something our Great Great Grand Parents couldn't imagine.
True
Tossing water to lithium goes boom with more fire
Are these the same chinese EVs that are " Poised to hit the North American market " according to today's morning news headline?
They were also going to be produced in Mexico for sale in all of N. America. That's why Trump wants car mfg. to build in Canada & America. Those cars would have better integrity then if built in Mexico.
According to youtube mechanic Scotty Kilmer, Mexican built cars have terrible buid quality.
@@patrickchubey3127BMW moved operations to Mexico and quality hasn't suffered. Their plants are highly automated and overseen by German management. That may not be the case with other manufacturers though.
It isn't, according to Scotty Kilmer.
@@CarmieThompson That idea is a non-starter. don't be fooled. BYD may build a plant in Mexico, but those cars don't get shipped into the US
Bottom line. EVs are NOT a practical transportation solution. Period.
Fact
same could be said about ICE cars. cars in general are really not suited to how we use them currently
There's newer battery technology just around the corner, the problems are being addressed. The model T Ford isn't where the ICE car is today, the same will happen with EV's. Electric motors aren't new technology.
@@michaelkeudel8770 Newer battery technology isn´t going to solve the power grid problem. Sorry, EVs are just not a practical transportation solution. THAT is why EVs are NOT selling. People are not stupid. They don´t want throw away cars when the battery life is over. (like cell phones) Even the large Japanese vehicle makers are going to hybrids and abandoning EVs. They aren´t stupid either.
@jimc8613 EV sales increased 19% year over year, ICE is also crashing for the same reason, to damn expensive. Deflation has begun, greed has pushed passed what the market will bear, prices are dropping. Solid state batteries start volume production end of the year, higher density, faster charge, less fire damage. The world's changing if you like it or not. EV's are good enough for 95% of the population. Infrastructure is being built for EV's, same with power plants, wind, solar, battery storage, all in the chips act and Infrastructure bill passed by Biden. Energy freedom means it needs to be created here, not held hostage to the whims of Opec and Russia.
Chinese quality.
Over heating, simple
Sure thermal runaway is over heating 😂
In 2008 a list of corporations as long as your arm got taxpayer bailouts, including the auto makers. Since then prices on the products they produce have increased to ridiculous amounts and quality has been on the steady decline since. That's how they are saying thank you to the people that bailed them out. It's not just China.
These batteries do not just catch fire for "no reason". There's always a reason.
Another thing to consider is that ten BYD full-service dealerships have gone up in flames since December 2023. We really don't know what the cause is, but I believe that in all cases there were EVs in the showrooms at the time of the fires. Also, I have seen reports of BYD cars on a flatbed carrying several vehicles catching fire. Basically, one catches fire and all the rest burn up as well.
Someone is trying to tell them something…
@@chrismayer3919 Indeed.
who follows govt, get what come to them, my concern is kids
lets seat on 400watts battery
You do know where the fuel tank in a ICE is, don't you? Yep, directly under the back seat where most parents place their kids.
@@mikethespike7579 fuel tank? compare battery with fuel tank is wrong, fuel isnt electricity, its fuel. do you know why they have 5000 cells in EV battery pack instead of one, which would cost less to produce? because they want to ,minimize the explosion, if they dont have many cells, if battery is pitched for example, you mind end up on moon. many cells means if battery is pitched, a cell or few cells will be compromised, not the whole battery. pack
@@mikethespike7579 fuel tank needs a spark to catch fire, if you have full tank, it may catch fire, but it will take a lot time to consume the car, when battery fire is rapid, and it needs no spark
@@mikethespike7579 battery is bomb, fuel is fuel. no fuel no fire
@@benedibrava I don't think you've ever heard of the petrol bomb. Invented by the Nazis and still in use by the Russians in Ukraine. You wanna see what kind of explosions a couple of litres of petrol can cause.
Batteries don't explode, they just burn.
For a large part of the world, the end of nearly 80 years of peace and lasting agreements was the short-term achievement of one outcast living in a fantasy world.

Horse and buggy will be the next auto industry?😅
But they emit far too much methane.
With EV’s it’s the cart before the horse.
The car won’t catch fire for a half hour after a crash…
How the Hell is THAT supposed to work? What did they do; give the damn battery a watch??? 🤨
Boom Your Done! Well done.
Buildings might burn to the ground. Cars, seldom can.
Flame On!
This is why you car is being priced out by insurance claims of EV’s
BYD stands for 'Burn Your Dealership' after torching an entire dealership in the UK.
You can't force a free market to switch to a FAR inferior product.
BYD could also mean Be-Yond Disappointing.
@@JoeBManco Burn Your Denaro 🤣
Yup big problem 😢
Truthfully, mes amis, ALL EV'S, vehicles of a Fool's Paradise, are but a fanciful dream...a Wet Dream.
It’s not a Chinese issue, it’s an EV issue.
It's both. EV with lithium-ion battery carry a risk of spontaneous combustion even when not in use, and poor quality control in chinese EV make the problem worse.
And they are going to flog them cheap in UK pretty soon. Maybe, until some fatalities happen it will be pushed and pushed.
0.5 GWh BESS, Gateway Energy Storage, in Otay Mesa near San Diego ... been on fire for a week, no end in sight, evacuations in effect.
Bad bad idea ,!!!! Dont import 😅
The Chinese never give a rip about safety especially when they are exporting goods
Fun fact the first electric car was in 1888
The worst of EVs; ChiVs!
In Europe and America the Chinese have got thousands of EVs stored at docks and massive storage car parks because of drop in sales. What is going to happen if one of the cars for no apparent reason say in the middle of the pack, should go into thermal runaway ( melt down ).
300,000 are sitting in ports in Europe as we write this
It teslas are a freaking coffin, could you imagine a Chinese car.
The Chinese car is vastly superior to the Tesla. But it's still crap.
@matthewgodwin3050 that's like saying china is superior to u.s
@@matthewgodwin3050 No it's not. Tesla's don't have the number of fire instances other makers have. Chinese quality isn't a job, it's an afterthought.
@@SupaChinido That's a very poor analogy. Regardless of where a vehicle is made, has nothing to do w/ the quality of the Country of Origin. There are company administrator's that make the build decisions, not Gov'ts. It's the Gov'ts. that decide the tax charge.
@CarmieThompson different countries have different culture practice and belief that directly influence the quality of what they produce
people who buy chinese EV are going to love 15 minutes city, getting triple vaxxxed every years and eating the bugs.
Lmfao
WTF?
@@NonNone-qm4zi feeling targeted?
They love this.
The biggest problem: it's hard to put out an EV battery fire. That's something the EV manufacturers have to figure out with better battery chemistry, particularly switching to less fire-prone solid-state batteries.
And they want everyone to have one. I don’t think so, safety is out the window with these cars because you are sitting on top of the battery. Really safe, I don’t think so
These videos are basically the same thing just repackage multiple times. That being said, it's still good to bring light how EV'S are ridiculously pushed even though they're not ready yet for mass adoption
I've been saying this for a long time
The B roll for this video needs a lot of work!
There's a BIG funder behind this channel. No one makes videos with this kind of graphics on a standard budget. It's political, and commercial.
I wonder who's really behind this channel ?
商业资助吗?
You suspicions are well founded. I'm no fan of EVs, but I've noticed a few new channels peddling the same content with the same professionalism.
Me too. I'm no fan of them, and I drive many EV's and hybrids. But, yeah, this channel is well funded. It's like an elephant amongst deer. @@mikethespike7579
All the pro chinese ev videos definitely takes the cake
and we thought the EVs here were bad (and they are)
What do you expect?
Chinese EVs are the most safest in the world. High-Quality Manufacturing Is Top Notch. Spontaneous Combustion Is A Feature And Other Defects Are Part Of The Design From The Manufacturer.
The faith in these vehicles is eroding, more sheep mentality from humans
Pure luck😂
black sphere.
I kive the story about the EV car burning down at the CAE SHOW. Nothing to see here. Keep buying the fire traps on wheels.
I would not be caught dead in one although I will be cremated upon my death
Who didn't see this coming? Lmao
ICE cars burn oil. EVs burn coal. Which is cleaner?
Anyone talking about EMF CANCER ???
many of the "ev" fires are actually gas electric hybrids.there are many more ev fires in china this year partially because there are many more ev's. you several times showed tesla cars but didn't mention them by name possibly because they are much safer and less likely to burn than gas cars.
A lot of claims in this video but no proof...show the real statistics of those fires.
disclosure is the responsibility of the manufacturer. the fact that they don't tells me all I need to know
🚗🚗🚗🦘🦘🦘
Nobody should be buying EVS. Take them back for a full refund. If they didnt reveal cobalt mined by slaves in the Congo, you have the right to a full refund.
It will always amaze me that the EV faithful will always point out that EVs pose less of a fire risk than ICE vehicles and you point out the number of fires in China even in car dealerships and you’re instantly branded a liar and are spreading misinformation and propaganda. I think we’re getting to the point where the EV faithful will have to take off the EV goggles and accept the reality of what’s now happening safety wise with EVs.
Burn Your Dealership seems to be having dealership fires very regularly
Made in the USA PROPAGANDA...
Smear video😂😂😂US can't fairly compete-let's introduce tariffs and smear Chinese cars😂😂😂 the US is getting desperate and pathetic👎
China will always deny safety problems
All the Chinese EVS you mention are NOT TESLA. Tesla has the best safety records ... BUT YOU TRY TO STAIN TESLA with
this video - having a Tesla as the final car (not named) shown at the end. This is NASTY! You should reform yourself!
Shuusssshhh, we don't want it getting out that BYD has had TEN car showrooms burn down since 2021.
