Thanks!!!!
Wow nice job on relay
Thank you!
Hey Alex! Great job on the medal! I don't know if you'll see the comment; but, I wanted to ask you a question. I'm currently in a swim club and got accepted to the highest training level, but the thing is I'm also in another intensive study schedule which sometimes makes going to trainings a real complication. Should I try to downgrade intensity on the trainings, like, less trainings per week. Or should I just try to cramp everything in my schedule tight, but still doable. Thank you, have an awesome day bro !🔥🔥
hey there, i’m experiencing the same complication/clash of schedules aswell (but at a slightly lower level). and i’d just say from my perspective that you should set your priorities asap. you’d be able to worry less about balancing and have a more straightforward way of setting your schedules, which is what helped me a lot. i know im not alex, but i just wanted to share my experience.
Yo, nice im also a swimmer and want to learn to get faster cuz my freinds keep progressing and I feal hardstuck, do you have any ideas to help?
Just focus on yourself and have fun, dont rush the process bro
