I woke up in tremendous terror. A terror I’ve felt in my solar plexus for years. I’ve been bed-ridden and panic stricken a lot since a ceremony brought up all my repressed fears.
I put my hand on my solar plexus and breathed and felt how safe I actually am.
I burped and now feel much better.
Even terror is simply wanting to be felt.
Spiritual growth is not necessarily “safe” to the nervous system and that’s why it can feel so scary.
But it gets easier. With more presence.
Whoa, that is a tough one, friend. You are a brave one for allowing that fear to be felt and transformed. Proud of you!

I just lost my father to a heart attack two days ago. I’m dealing with debilitating anxiety and depression that’s exhausting my heart and body. May God give me and my mother strength to live on healthfully, as well as anyone else suffering from similar pains.

Im trying to trust in God but it seems thar everything I try I fail and god has turned his back on me I got hacked ,Ive been out of work for 3 months now, Im apply for jobs every day , yesterday I actually felt like ending my life Im crying as I write this because Im tried of this life and just want.to stop .
God is with you even through these hard moments. I know it can be hard to stay faithful and trust when everything seems to be falling apart. I've been there too. But even when you can't see, God is always with you every step of the way and he will get you out of this situation. And I pray too that all will be well for you. Stay safe. I believe you are still needed here. And you are always loved, protected and guided.
