@Smiley L to an extent yes but I don't think it is entirely Steve Burton's fault? And it is not the first time someone returned to a show in this way and it won't be the last! I mean Kelly worked with Steve for almost 10 yrs straight! Why couldn't she be professional and loyal to him as well? Why did it have to be Steve or Billy? Why couldn't they both have been valuable enough to act with and write for? Why choose sides of play favorites? I just don't get it? Was Billy jealous? Did she feel she needed to choose or protect him more? They aren't children! I sometimes feel like the behind the scenes drama is what you'd expect from a two year old! But I digress 😂 I'm more of a liason fan so I didn't really care when jasam did reunite because I was hoping for liason to reunite oh well I don't think either fan base truly got what they wanted not even jasm or dream!

I'm not a big fan of the alexis falls off the wagon (again) storyline cuz I'd love to see the writers do something else with Alexis...but I have to say that her and Sam have great chemistry together!

I get that Sam's trying to help her mom, but Sam has no right to bring the kids into it saying things like, you made the choice to do this and this and it's a danger to my kids. Like hello Sam, you make a choice every day to be with Jason, knowing he's a hitman, which also brings danger to your kids, just by making the choice to stay with him. Sam also has no room to talk because she can't act like a month ago, she wasnt doing everything under the sun, including ruining her chances of being a free woman again, just to have Jason and his ****, while not giving a damn about her kids. Alexis mentioned the kids, and the very first thing that came outta Sam's mouth was jason, she didn't even mention the kids 😑 Sam has no room to talk about addictions and bad vices when Jason is hers. And that's what Alexis was getting at by the whole "choosing to sleep with a hitman doesn't make you mother of the year either."
Thank you for saying that! Alexis needs to take responsibility for all of the decisions she has made in her life. She hasn't. Kristina repeats the same pattern as Alexis. Kristina is resentful towards her mom because of the years she barred contact from her father. That's why the deep secret was about her mother. I don't think deep down she has forgiven or forgotten that fact about her mother cutting Sonny out of her life when she was younger. It doesn't help that Alexis controls her daughters lives with the exception of Molly. The alcoholism is a symptom of her need to lash out and self loathe. It's sickening. She's not completely wrong about Sam and Jason. It would mean more if she was lucid and sober. She can't just offload on her daughter because she is in pain over losing Neil. Sam is not putting a wrecking ball to her life. Alexis is.

Leave it to the Davis girls to give us some real real!... with that being said not defending her, Alexis made a major point even though it’s the very visual definition of deflection she made a point!... they both suffer from a very strong addiction and dependency. And hell if it takes weaponizing her children to get Moma Davis to change then fire the cannons!
I don't know what to say about this one. Both sides are in the right in some capacity or another. Sam should keep the kids away from Alexis until she gets a hold on her drinking. Alexis is right about Sam's kids pretty much being by mobsters even though she's like literally a major contradiction in that regard. I want so badly for GH to delve into what really happens to addicts(whether it be Sasha or Alexis) but I know they are going to probably touch the edge of addiction but not go over the cliff. Alexis might lose her relationship with her kids for a few months but she's not going to lose her law license for defending a client while drunk. Alexis is not going to kill someone driving while drunk cause GH went there with Kiefer. Alexis is not going to hit rock bottom and end up in an alley in her own vomit. Alexis is not going to get cirrhosis of the liver. Newsflash, that's what really happens to addicts. The worst thing that will happen to Alexis is that she might have some "Luke Spencer circa 2011" type intervention and then it won't be addressed for about 18 months...when she relapses again. If you are going to write a storyline that is of this aptitude, make it relatable. Show all of the dirty and gritty and filthy sides of addiction. Don't just tinker around the idea of addiction, really go hard with it.
This was one of my favorite scenes. Alexis telling her the truth about who she lets around her kids, but Sam can’t see past her head up Jason’s butt to see that her mom is speaking the truth.
Alexis has been singing the same song to Sam since she found out she was her mother... either accept it or shut the hell up ! Lol Alexis has bagged so many criminals it ain’t funny!!!! And she like Sam has kids by them, lol 😆 Jason has never put those lids at risk. Say what u want but he is the only one who will actually save all these people’s kids when they call him in they time of need or panic... Elizabeth, Alexis, Carly, everyone always want to call Jason but when they don’t need him he’s a danger... lol please
