I'm pretty sure there are synergies you want to be doing like Curse + Health. It seems that Curse is insanely powerful when you get hit for example, so increasing health a lot could be a good way of leveraging that. Maybe the health tree even has added bonuses that help with that. Or Curse + Arrow, to get Curse procs from Arrows.
I've already played this game a bunch and I love it but one annoying feature of it is how it forces you into another trees whenever you get close to getting lv7 in any of the upgrade paths, no matter how many rerolls or options you have it rolls into same lv1 stuff even if it has to instead of giving you lv7 so it's really hard to do that ideal "4×lv7 + 2 extra skill" runs. I'd love to see more of this game though it's so fun to watch, when the video was over I've literally said "huh, already?" :D
@wildstorm3486 Well, there were many opportunities early on to take damage when it would have been beneficial, like in the first and second runs where he instead went for something like arrow or poison or reload speed

There are a LOT of Rare upgrades that do some crazy stuff I think that we didn't see...
@@Haelian I was playing around earlier and the classes are a lot of fun. I think some of the mechanics make a lot more sense once you swap classes.

convinced me to pick it up, this game is great! its fun trying out different synergies with the different characters
During the curse run it felt like you needed projectile damage. Also, slowing the enemies in the star ally run clearly had a massive impact.
